Spacious property located directly near / on the beach. Peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. Superb breakfast facility. Really nice pools. Across the road from a shopping mall.

Not really too much in the negative to mention

The hotel was maintained beautifully and very clean throughout. The pool area was great and right by the beach. The breakfast was first class and all the staff were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. The food options for lunch around the pool were good.

Whilst food options around the pool area were great and reasonable value for money the beverage options were extremely expensive. So much so that most guests including ourselves once we had realised would walk out on the beach to other areas to grab a drink, beer or whatever. I don’t mind paying a premium for a drink relaxing by the pool but for example once you included tax and service one single beer would be more than 3 x outside. Maybe 2 x is acceptable. Anyway drinks aren’t everything and on the whole hotel very good.

-The location is amazing next to the mall very convenient -The room is super spacious we stayed in the blue wing (for pets) have all the amenities for pets -The bed is huge and super comfy -The main pool in another wing is amazing

-The room is not sound proof you can hear everything from the street to the neighbors down the hall -The water from the shower keep leaks out and flooded the floor -The water pressure of the rain shower is very low

Ambience, staff, not too many children.

Wi Fi, of which shall be updated . Need more security from beach end , prevent non guests using facilities. Just wished guests could stop towel reserving and then , leaving sunbeds vacant for half the day

The food and service were both amazing. Also, it never felt busy at all.

There was nowhere to go for nice walks. You could only go ‘so far’ along the beach depending on how far the tide was in.

Perfect location, same building with mall, shopping center and restaurant plus walking distance to beach.

Pet friendly but with so many condition and restriction.

Welcoming staff with good manner and helpful attitude ( e.g. front office, Ms. May who served us when we checked in ) Good location, good facilities, good breakfast spreads,.

Housekeeping was not doing their job well, coffee capsules was not daily replenish. Pool/bath robes were wet, was not change nor replace.

The bed positioning just in the middle of the room Doesn’t look like in the picture It should be placed against the wall Tv should be on the opposite side.

Sea view from the room was stunning. Awesome services from most of the staff. Comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast choices.

Outstanding services weren't constant depending on the time of the day or who I ran into. Ordered 'tom yam noodle' both days for breakfast. Got told to mix my own diy with the provided condiments one day. Another day they went above and beyond to cook tom yam soup from the herbs they've got. However, the worst service from this hotel is still better than the best services from many other ones so I'm not actually complaining. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent facilities with a very nice swimming pool complex. Great location next to a mall.on the beach and close to the city centre. Large comfortable sea facing rooms.

Going to the swimming pool through the lobby. The lighting in the bathroom that needs attention and improvement
