Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and I must start by praising the exceptional service I received. The receptionist was incredibly professional and welcoming, making my check-in process smooth and efficient. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a positive experience. However, I do have some concerns regarding the state of the room. While the price is quite affordable, I believe that the rooms still need significant attention to meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Dusting seemed to be overlooked in several areas, particularly in spots that are not immediately visible, which gives the room a neglected feel. Additionally, the bed throw was torn, the curtains weren’t fully secured, and there was noticeable mold in the shower, which really detracted from the overall comfort and appearance of the room. While I understand the hotel offers a budget-friendly option, I believe even at this price point, it’s important to ensure rooms are well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. I hope the management addresses these issues, as with a little more attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be a truly great place to stay. I also want to mention the breakfast, which was overall tasty and a nice start to the day. The selection was good, and the croissants were particularly delicious. However, there were a few small oversights that could easily improve the experience. For example, there was a lack of cutlery available for the croissants, making it a bit inconvenient to enjoy them neatly. Additionally, there was no sugar available for the coffee, which is a small detail but an important one for many guests. These are minor issues, but with a little more attention to these details, the breakfast experience could be significantly enhanced.

Location is calm and quiet, a bit further from the town center. In the room everything was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a bidet-shower in a bathroom. Breakfast was a great selection of various foods, including fish and pickled vegetables. They also serve nice coffee.

The bedsheet was too tiny for two people to share, it was too short and too narrow. There wasn’t enough surface area to place your belongings and there is also no closet, just IKEA rack. The same problem in a bathroom, with no place to leave your toothbrushes, cosmetics and other necessities. Shower is very narrow and there’s also no place for your own shampoo and conditioner, unless that expect that guests will be using their low quality wall mounted stuff.

Good location of the hotel - near the old town. Free parking for guests, coffee and tea in the room, not far from the Klaipeda castle museum. Friendly and helpful staff, stylish interior of the hotel. Selected room was large and comfortable.

Interior and furniture asks for renovation and exchange. Some additional focus on cleanliness of the property will not harm it. Would appreciate if the breakfast buffet would be replenished more often - otherwise it is easy to stay without some sweets for coffee as in my case.

The staff was super nice and helpful. We had a late arrival so they reached us in advance and provided with self check-in details just in case we wouldn't make it until front desk working hours end. The location is perfect. It's just 2 minutes to get to the oldtown and up to 10 minutes to the Danė river by foot. The breakfast was also great, plenty of options to choose from.

The bed was not too comfy. There was a pit on one side. The interior of the room itself is okay but the bathroom was very old fashioned and functioning a bit poorly. The toilet flush button would get stuck every time and then you need to work on getting it loose, otherwise, the water will just keep flowing. The shower curtain is too short, therefore, there is a lot of water on the ground after taking the shower.

Very good location, cleanliness, well designed and cosy rooms. Two of receptionist were friendly and they recommended some place where to go.

Room was cosy, but really small with lack of place to put things. We arrived after rainy day and almost no possible were to put clothes to dry them. There was only double blanket. Small recommendation - it would be nice if there is more bathroom hook and hangers. They didnt add much food during breakfast. We came around 9 and almost no cheese, no bakery, We had to wait for longer time, even there was around 3 people. Guests who arrived after us were more surprised. Maybe we were there during low season..

This hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are cozy and modern, with new furnishings. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel's location is convenient, with the city center easily accessible by bus. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise and added great value to the stay.

While the hotel offers a lot for the price, there are a few minor issues. The toilet area could benefit from some improvements, as the curtain can sometimes splash water.

No fridge in the room. Shower has no barrier on the floor, after taking a shower it's hard to avoid mess and wet floor in the toilet. You need to wait for some time until your water becomes hot)

I liked to enjoy morning buffet in resturant,where was so bohemian and relaxable to be and i tryd your house barista coffe from machine,it was so good :) All where i wished to walk was next by and im glad that i find this hotel,im sure that im coming back :)

We took 2 rooms and 1 room was too little , wasnt same room size what "booking" said to us ,we tryd to change,but hotel was full reserved. If i remeber clear,we cant call to reception too from hotel rooms.We got parking place free but we have to so much to do for this ,i like that if im goin to hotel,that i can park without troubles,searching to near by hotel and parking area is bigger and free :)

Nice room, very quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed with good bed linen. A short walk into the centre of Klaipeda. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Coffee machine had no operating instructions, although a kettle was provided on request. Loose loo seat and no sink plug. Breakfast was ok, but didn't live up to expectations - no plain pancakes or croissants available.

bedroom came with additional room, where one could sit on a sofa and watch TV, location of hotel close to old city was ideal. We arrived from the ferry by public transport, the hotel was just around the corner of a busstop.

We had a comfortable double bed, but a reading light only on one side and on the other side no bedside table for putting down glasses, book and watch. Unfortunately there was simply no room for a bedside table.
