Loved the hotel and the location suited us. We stayed in a Junior Suite (room 405) which was fabulous, comfy bed and pillows, great shower. The sea view was limited compared with our friends Superior Sea View Room (room 501) which was stunning! (see photo). Housekeeping left the room immaculate every day, hotel staff were lovely (especially Elias).

Air conditioning in the room was borderline, could not lower the temperature on the warmer nights. Evening buffet meals got repetitive after several days, needed more culinary varieties. The spa had issues with the steam room and the water jets not working which took a few days to fix.

Facilities poor. Spa was hidden and finally found it on our last day No privacy in room, glass from room to bathroom, very odd Restaurant was terrible, food not nice

Nice modern decor. Free flavoured water in lobby. Pool area spotlessly clean. Great sunbeds and umbrellas and towels. Beds really comfortable and maid service excellent.

Unfortunately we were on 5th floor and 6th floor was used for conferences. One night after a conference staff decided to move chairs and tables past midnight which woke us up. We complained to receptionist but noise continued till 12.45. The following day the manager apologised and a bottle of wine was sent to our room as an apology. Should I return to this hotel I would ask for 3rd or 4th floor

Stayed in 'Superior Double Room with Sea View'. Hotel is perfect for a quiet adult only break. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and easily large enough for our purpose. Air-Con worked well, as did the Wi-Fi signal. Shower is a large walk-in closet with Rain Shower and the water was always hot. Toilet is a separate closet with frosted glass sliding door. Sink unit is within the room but separated from the bed area by a mirrored partition. View from the balcony took in the swimming pool area and over the Bay of Palma and was nicely framed by the Pine trees around the edge of the hotel. Around the pool, there were always sufficient sun beds and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided via a ticketing system provided by the ever present life guard. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good. Outside the hotel there are a few small shops for food, souvenirs etc and the odd bar, but it should be noted that the area is much quieter than many others in Majorca.

Reserving of sun beds, although stated as forbidden in the literature received, still occurs without discouragement. Not the hotels fault, just selfish people.

Fabulous relaxing week, amazing views from terrace and pool. Recommend getting a full sea-view superior room Helpful and friendly staff Both buffet breakfast and dinner, great choice hot and cold dishes and option of cook to order Chilled dinner from the outdoor terrace, overlooking bay Easy access to Palma via bus (just outside hotel) runs regularly (early to late)

Illetas itself is quiet only couple of small bars, some evening entertainment in Hotel would have been great but for a laid back adult only option with great food / views its a good choice

Fifth floor room with superb views. Breakfast, good choice of both hot and cold. The room, not keen on having bathroom/toilet in bedroom. Dinner in the main was good, loved the salad, occasionally hot buffet was not hot, but like with breakfast a good selection to pick at.

The lack of a proper bar. The bar doubled as a restaurant and was soulless. It could do to be more welcoming with soft furnishings. Each night at about 11pm our room was always filled with the smell of raw sewage, having mentioned this to reception they admitted it was a known problem, query why if they knew why hadn’t they taken steps to remedy this issue.

Hotel is close to the sea and beside bus stop. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with good choice of everything. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel beautiful.

We stayed in April and wished to use indoors swimming pool but water was cold and not heated, the depth in it 1m 12cm. We were able to use it only after sauna to cool down. Jacuzzi is warm enough but not hot and fits only 4 people. Sauna is also for 4 or 5 at the time. We were lucky it wasn’t busy but for such a big hotel the facilities are bit small.

The hotel is pretty nice, in a good/quiet location (about 10m drive to Palma) and offers a very good breakfast. There is a nice outside pool with views to the sea and there are also some SPA facilities but we didn't had time to use them - Mallorca is too beautiful :) There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. Hotel has its own parking (14 EUR/day). There is also a paid public parking near the hotel and a free public parking a little bit further away (5m walk). There is also a bus station nearby where you can catch the bus to Palma if needed.

Location was in a great area. The pool, the private beach access and its location are the highlights. We had a room with a large private balcony and hot tub. The room itself was very compact and efficiently designed. The shower pressure and temperature worked well. Breakfast is very well done with a huge variety of options . The service at the pool was excellent, and you can order via an app downloaded from their website. For swimming, you had options to go down to the private access to the sea or the large swimming pool and there were also multiple hot tub options in the spa underneath the pool. There was ample parking across the street for €14 a day

The room itself was very compact. Our balcony was larger than our room. Note that the bathroom area is very exposed to the bed. The bed is very firm. The air conditioning did not work well. Although you could set it for under 23°C, it would not go beneath that temperature. Be aware that there is no Bell hop service at this hotel to assist with bags.

Room was lovely, bright and airy with a great sea view. Despite arriving at 11.00 am both rooms were ready which was such a relief although I had warned the hotel in advance. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Regular buses to Palma with bus stop 50 yards away.

Breakfast did not start until 8.00 am and when going out for a day trip this left time very tight especially as it was even later opening up. On our last day I intended having a swim but the pool was still being cleaned at 11.00 am and so did not get the chance. No kettle in room and the Nespresso did not heat the water sufficiently for tea but we were given a kettle when we asked for one.
