The facilities of the hotel, even if the weather outside wasn't that nice, the SPA, the play room of the 4th floor and the bowling was great for our 6 years old kid. Also, we loved the fact there was plenty of space in the room. The food at the restaurant was very good, the service was fast and the staff paying attention at every table, even if the restaurant was fully booked at breakfast or even at dinner. All in all, it was a nice stay, we would come back during summer, to enjoy the outside facilities as well.

Location very quiet. The garden is impressive, very well maintained. The hotel was not very crowded, perfect for enjoying the scenery and relax. Room 318 has a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious.

The weather was quite hot during our stay (mid June) and air conditioning in the room was not working on cold mode, more likely on "warm" mode.

We liked: bed very comfortable, big room, view exceptional, jacuzzi outside, parking space -big, location, quality toilet paper, big bathroom with tub, nice quality towels and slippers, food in the restaurant a la carte, very nice and friendly staff

Could be better: indoor pool was cold, only 1 shower cap, no aubergine at breakfast, no hair conditioner in the room, the hallway and lobby is very dark and for my mother was challenging.

The room is spacious, clean. The staff is very nice. We liked the food ( breakfast and dinner), the bowling club, and the pool. The hotel is very well equipped: playroom for kids, coffee lounge, club, restaurant,spa.

Comparing to other hotels, the check in is too late, at 4PM.

The location is absolutely wonderful, you can connect with nature. Also the facilities are great, the food as well, hotel staff very friendly. All in one - was great!

I came here the second time. Nice, quiet place, clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom are spacious. The pool and jacuzzi are not crowded, so you can relax. You can play tennis, do archery or relax at the pavilions in the garden. The restaurant provides good food, I loved the butterfish with sparanghel.

In the area there are bears, so it's dangerous to have mountain trips.

Setting great. Food,especially the Gulash! Top swimming pool and jacuzzi .Gym facilities. It has been snowing the whole period of my staying, felt like Christmas again.Hospitable, friendly, helpful staff. Fairy like white,winter atmosphere! Great air, ozone full, heart treatment facility across the road.

There was no electric kettle in the room! Not to mention a tea/coffee bag or two! Or a complimentary bottle of water.Mind you! The mini bar was stocked with beers and alcoholic beverages at double their price!

Friendly and polite staff, clean room, very good food, peace and relaxation... The parking is big and free. I absolutely recommend it!

There is a weird sound outside that is loud, like a pump, but you fall asleep real quick after a swim and a good dinner. One of the elevators is kind of buggy, but there are 2 of them, so you can choose
