I stayed here for nearly a month, so my review is more than reliable. Excellent service. Staff really helpful. Complimentary cleaning once a week. Keeping baggage before check-in. Cool location: 2 shops, exchange in lobby, walking distance to many attractions and mrt. Reasonable price

Bathroom is not constructed well: draining system is really bad and I understand that in this case the host is not able to do anything. The partition between toilet and shower could be changed. Sometimes it is required to invest in deep cleaning of sofas

The location is excellent, there is a shopping center and supermarket nearby. It is 10 minutes from the towers, metro nearby. The apartment has everything for cooking. Very good Wi-fi. Super smooth check in and check out, communication with the team was excellent.

Some furniture needs to be changed, and the apartment next door plays very loud music every morning, it's a bit uncomfortable

The location was excellent, a very short walk to the Petronas twin towers and the Bukit Nanas station which can get you anywhere in the city very quickly at very little cost. The building had two shops and a cafe which is always useful. The room itself was big and comfortable and had basic amenities. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that.

Although the main areas and bed linen were clean, personally I felt the apartment needed a deep clean and a bit of a refresh to bring it upto the same standards I have previously experienced in KL. The kitchen would benefit from a microwave and toaster to aid the 'light cooking only' policy.

A studio but a big one, plenty of room, everything worked and was clean. Location is good with several shops and cafes in and around the building. Beautiful view

Could have a few more dishes (glasses especially). We used the washing machine but there wasn’t a drying rack

spacious apartment with all the necessary household items such as washing machine, fridge, electric stove, microwave, tv etc. provided with towels, detergent for cleaning, liquid soap and shampoo. had water heater in the toilet. provided once a week housekeeping service free of charge. had a nice pool and a gym free of charge. staffs were very prompt attending queries. location is very close to twin tower.

bathroom needs a deep clean. there were lots of dirt on the tiles and inside of the toilet. had problems with lift access card few times but was resolved by staffs promptly.

The location was the best part. It was at a walking distance from all nearby tourist spots like the KL tower and Twin towers. You even get a view of the towers from the balcony of the rooms on the higher floors. The check-in was a breeze and the rooms were well maintained. The cafes and the 24 hr supermarket on the ground floor made it even more convenient.

We didn't find anything that created a negative experience for us. We had to rent plug point adapters each time so maybe that's something which can be provided by default. However, if you are carrying one then it's not a problem.

The location was brilliant. the apartment was very spacious and let a lot of light in. black out curtains were amazing. had all amenities we needed. the building itself was perfect. 24 hour security, two convenience stores with reasonable prices in the building itself. All 5 elevators were really fast. The gym and pool area were also great

The cleanliness of the plates/glasses/mugs could have been better. Soundproofing wasn't great so we could hear the people next door.

The apartment is huge and also very clean. The location is also very good. We got an apartment on 31st floor which was great. The host and team are super responsive and helpful.

One AC was tripping a lot. It was humid in Malaysia and sleeping without AC was not an option and it was shutting down many times. But the support staff was really responsive and they were trying to help. But the problem was with the AC itself.

Very pleasant staff. They responded quickly to messages. We liked the apartment. The Petronas Towers are visible from the balcony. There is a 33rd floor. There is a swimming pool. Near metro station.

They upgraded my room before my arrival and the upgrade was very comfortable! It was clean, had a comfortable bed, and a kitchen with the basics. I needed to work a bit so it was great to have fast internet and a desk. There's also a co-working space downstairs. The staff was nice and they stored my suitcase after the check out for a few hours. My favorite part is the location, as it's a 10-15 min walk away from Petronas Towers, which has lots of restaurants inside and around. The more economical rooms are more simple but still comfortable enough. :)

Just a small suggestion. It would be nice to have more adaptors for the plugs. :)
