Breakfast was ok. expected bacon but there was only breakfast tacos. the yoghurt machine wasn't working. The Texas shaped waffle maker was a hit though! The room was spacious, good AC and ceiling fan. Cloud like pillows, door out of room which lead to outside & pool.
There was a sulfur like smell from the water when running the shower or sink to brush teeth. Ordered a room with a bath but didn't end up having one because of the smell. Not sure if this is a local thing or a hotel thing but it was quite unpleasant.

Staff was very accommodating especially allowing us to use their dining room with our large group one evening. The grandchildren loved the pool area. Appreciated the laid back demeanor of the folks in West Texas. We have been to this property several times over the years and it has always matches our needs.

Convince. Close to golf course for tournment i played in along with twenty other golfers. Every thing was perfect right down to btakfest in the morning.
Well of course if the price wa cheaper. But price was fine.

Aaron, Manager, makes a great impact on the high level of customer service he maintains in the hotel. We witnessed his remarkable servant leadership among the staff and how that affected morale and team unification. He was welcoming and helpful to us from our arrival, and always made his time spent with us a pleasure. Room was clean and comfortable, and although our circumstances were not what we would have chosen (a tire blow out on our farm trailer) we were able to relax in the comfort and quiet of the hotel.
Just the loose shower head that my husband supported for our use. When we checked out, Aaron asked if there were any improvements he could have made to our stay. When we told him, he immediately reported the shower head for repair.

A special hotel. Clean, close to everything in the area.
The breakfast needs improvement - a lot of things were missing. Very basic gym with only aerobic equipment.

Staff was friendly and informative. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our daughters pack n play.
Walls are thin it was easy to hear every little noise from the hallway and the adjoining room. Bathtub is a bit slick when wet especially once soap is used.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay when we visit Glen rose again
