We had stayed here before and will always book back here again when in Sanremo. The room is perfect with a lovely view, great location and all the facilities you need for a week's stay. We quite enjoy cooking and we're able to make a variety of dishes using the kitchen facilities available. I also really liked the large balcony that has a partial sea view and feels private. The property itself is a perfect place to stay in Sanremo, however for me, the best thing about Residence Dei Due Porti is their staff. What an exceptional team! The first time we stayed we thought the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. But this time ( our second stay) I unfortunately, had an accident and broke my ankle and collar bone whilst away. This meant that for the last few days of my holiday I was unable to move much. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me around and in and out of taxis. The care and kindness I was shown by all the staff was overwhelming. What an amazing group of people. I will always be grateful to all the team for the help they gave me. .

Nothing I didn't like.

The location is great, right across the road from the beach. Everything is walking distance; restaurants, shops, supermarket and other services. The staff are amazing; really helpful, friendly, welcoming. The room has everything you need it’s a good size and the soundproofing was pretty good. It’s not a new fit out but we’re not there to stay in the room, I prefer function, cleanliness and comfort over aesthetics. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had what we needed and the balcony was perfect. Parking available for a fee. We would stay there again.

We loved having a kitchen & a table & a balcony over looking the sea. I loved going for a morning walk at the sea. The room was super clean. It has a little bit of a retro vibe. Parking on the property for a fee. We loved having a coffee machine & that we could buy the pods from them. It is the little things that make your day & your stay easier. We loved being able to wash our clothes…something so unusual for travellers. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Very much appreciated. We loved our stay in Dei DuePorti! Hard to leave.

Mosquitos at night! (No fault of property) Best night, we turned on AC & closed all doors & windows. We were on the 1st floor (2nd in Canada). I would have preferred 2nd (3rd North America) or view.

The location is perfect - very close to the port and restaurants. On the bike path. We arrived late and only stayed overnight. There was a parking space on the street in front, and the host at reception was friendly. There are bicycles available for guests and secure parking. Very close to the beach for a promenade along the port, and a short walk to a shopping area with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Property is perfectly located to access all areas of Sanremo. Quiet street right in front of the beach. The hotel has free bikes so you can explore the foreshore. Washing facilities available. But most of all the staff are wonderful. Like similar posts they do everything possible to ensure your stay is fantastic. Communication is the key to their success

Only small issue. For queen bed two singles pushed together.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is the best located hotell in San Remo. With a great terrace and its own beach. The rooms are spacious and nice and the staff is helpful and pleasant. they keep the rooms very clean. An added bonus is the possibility to use bikes - which is great as the hotel is right on the biketrail.

The only thing I could find to improve are the pictures in the room - which gives the room an unneccesary dated feeling. The could also have been free use of the beach beds for those who stay at the hotel.

Our ground floor room was near cleaning staff who were noisy in early am. Cleaners are friendly and good; suggest gentle reminder to lower voices. Shower door in bathroom and squeaky bathroom door need attention.

Very clean property, nicely organised and well equipped (you had absolutely everything that you needed), very nice and friendly staff. We had initially booked a courtyard view apartment, and the staff offered us a sea view apartment (no additional costs). The view was absolutely amazing. Quiet area (out of season). A supermarket in the area (5 minutes walk). A short walk to the main area of Sanremo with lots of restaurants. We had a great experience and we would like to return soon.

Nothing in particular that bothered us and could had spoiled our stay.

Opposite the sea and sandy beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Quiet location. Roof Terrace, comfortable place to stay. Apartment with hotel facilities. Comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit out dated, could do with a new lick of paint.

it is our third time staying at Residence Dei Due Porte it is in a great location with the beach just across from the apartments rooms are very nice we love everything about the apartments and we would like to keep them a secret ,, haha ,,,the staff are excellent and are always there to help ,,,we also like the rooftop terrace which has sun beds and towels and a toilet and shower ,,,also free cycles so you can take advantage of the safe cycle tracks the rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels and bedding ,,,,restaurants and bars are a short walk away …We love Sanremo and we will return
