Great location, beautiful lobby, awesome breakfast, and large room for 6 people.

I am not sure what the reason, but our 6 person room was not stocked for 6 people. There weren't enough pillows or towels and the front desk said they had no additional pillows or towels available. They also only cleaned and restocked our room once during our 5night stay, though we never put the do not disturb sign out. Maybe they are understaffed, I don't know, everyone was friendly but were unable to accommodate our requests for pillows, towels, and housekeeping.

The service was absolutely exceptional! Mrs. Cynthia , Mr. Cameron the entire front end staff are awesome!!! Customer service 20+! Parking and lighting was great. The location for my needs; I could not have chosen better! The property inside & outside was kept immaculately!..

The damp moldy feeling and the CARPET made it even worse the CARPET NEEDS TO GOOOOO COMPLETELY!!! No carpet in the rooms especially with it being pet friendly which I like!

Check in was quick & easy the staff were very nice respectful & helpful. When I entered my room the first smell that lit my nose was cleaning products & that made me beyond happy. Front desk was Amazing assisting me also the engineer came to fix some things very quickly.

Everything was perfect there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

The breakfast & location

When I entered my suite I did not have any tissue or toilet paper. It took hours to receive toilet paper & towels. I was told free margaritas but the bar staff attitude was horrible and said there were no drink specials. With that amount of guests something should have been given

The breakfast was the best I have ever had and the attendants outstanding. I plan on making Embassy Suites the hotel to stay at in the future.

The parking or the availability of good parking spots was probably the worst. The elevators weren't the most comfortable and made it seem like it was going to get stuck.

Free parking, the room was very roomy, the had sanitizing wipes on the entrance and I liked the happy hour (complimentary beverages). The employees on the bar area both gentlemen were respectful and professionals.

The front desk staff were delivering an average customer service, they were doing their job and answering questions but not going about and beyond. They could be friendlier! I have visited the Embassy Suites Hotels in Orlando, Florida and Puerto Rico (several times) and employees were very friendly. Customer service is everything!

Clean and quiet

Ice machine broken on my floor. Not enough towels replaced in room. Needs to have a bigger fridge and one that keeps cool. Didn’t have enough pillow for my third person. No ice scooper for ice bucket. The elevator is extremely slow. I was not told when booked if parking fees.

The breakfast was great. Room was large. Housekeeping was right on time. The locatiom was right off interstate and close to good restaurants.

The individual who checked me in on July 28 said my parking was complimentary. However., when I checked out my bill was $20 more than my booking.com reservation I told the individual who checked me out my parkinh was supposed to be comlimentary. She handed me a business card to call the manager/supervisor. I called during road trip back home I got voicemail. No one ever called me back. I deserved at least a callback....

Property was very much clean very put together and the young lady Logan was very respectful I arrived early late night, logan made everything easy for me she was super nice about checking in even though it was super late will definitely be visiting again.

I liked everything

Breakfast was excellent as always and the staff was nice and friendly.

The property needs some refurbishing. They're was a rusty lamp stand in my room that didn't work and there were stains on the carpet. The television remote had dirt and dust, which tells me it had not been wiped for some time. The bathroom door was difficult to close.
