Very friendly and patient staff considering I didn't speak Spanish. Sometimes the restaurant service could be faster outside of the breakfast service. Nice to have a pool and the gym was quiet. Very clean and in a good, central location. The staff were helpful when I went on a tour to the National park - they took note of the hours I would be gone and spoke to the person leading the tour. Made me feel looked after! Also no problem for them to get you a taxi and the doorman was exceptional, very friendly. I'd had a busy few weeks and this stop allowed me to relax and I enjoyed the hotel so much I spent a lot of my time there!

My room was on the same floor as the bar, sometimes the music could be a bit loud.

The room was nice and big. The facilities are good and it is nice that it is attached to the mall. The guy at reception was amazing. He was friendly and helpful. (Wish I could remember his name!)

It can be a little noisy in the room. There was something spilled in the corridor on our first night and it was still there 4 days later when we left. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest.

Seems to be the nicest hotel in town. Rooftop terrace is nice. Fitness center has lots of options. Being connected to the mall via the restaurant was a bonus. Also, the pedestrianized street leading to the river is an island of (relative) calm in bustling Tumbes. If you want to stay someplace nice before heading up to the Mangalares or down to the beach, this seems like your best option.

The room was clean and the hotel was well kept.

Constant constant noise. The music is blasted in the hallways until 1am and then it begins again at 7:00am. And it is the same songs. I stayed between from Wednesday to Monday. The only day that was quiet was Sunday. Other than that, it was loud music being blasted in the hallways for the rooms. I really wish they would turn that off. I get the bar plays music but why in the hallway are we blasting music early in the morning. Also on two days, I had to call down to get a maid to come and clean the room. Each time it happened around 4 in the afternoon.

We loved the pool, it was so nice going for a swim after a long bus trip. The staff were very nice and approachable. The in-house restaurant served great food. The large bed was so nice!

Our toilet did not flush very well, I think it requires some maintenance. The room had an adjoining door and our neighbors were a little noisy at one point. The music playing in the hallway can also be heard in the room, but it turns off later at night.

Delays in replacement of food ingredients at breakfast. They would benefit from a supervisor to watch for and oversee food and beverages as they run out at the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I expected a bit nicer rooms and hotel for the price (especially in comparison to Costa del Sol Trujillo (similar price, but more luxurious)). But it is one of the nicest options in Tumbes city. Breakfast was nice. The pool is nice; the bar next to it can be quite warm on a hot day.

The staff was friendly. However, when asked in the evening if they could do breakfast early for us, and also prepare the boletas, they confirmed they would, but this was not ready in the morning That was disappointing. Since I was there for work, it was crucial to be able to leave on time in the morning.

It is a modern hotel that was having some construction done. Being close to a big mall was a plus. The parking seemed safe but a bit confusing to find the hotel from. Better signage would help.

Very convenient location, right next to a shopping center which has a grocery store inside of it. Good places to take photos around. The hotel was very clean and the staff all nice and welcoming. 5th floor room was quiet and clean and had a nice view. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice AC and free WiFi.

No real complaints, but if I have to pick something, I wish the pool was either deeper or heated at night.

We stayed in a triple room, it has air conditioning, a tv, a safe box, and comfortable twin beds. Breakfast was great since it is a buffet you have a lot of options to combine and be satisfied, the staff was attentive at any time. At the top of the building, you have a pool where you can also have good drinks and snacks. I recommend this hotel I wish we have stayed more days there but I will come back.
