The Luberon is a stunning area and, just next to Gordes, Joucas is a gorgeous village. The staff from front desk, to car valet (and washing !), to the waiters were all smiling and helpful. The pool here in the morning was a delight. Dinner on the terrace with views of Roussillon and Bonnieux was a privilege and they found shade and brought water for our dog. Our room even had a small terrace where we could let our dog out in the morning.

There is nothing not to like here.

Apart from the breakfast (which was perfect), the prices of the menu were overly expensive, even for the region. We paid 40 EUR for 4 scoops of icecream in carton packagings with small, wooden spoons! 35 EUR for a tiny chicken filet without side dishes. Still water was not always free. Choice of food for room service was limited, quality mediocre and expensive. Even in Geneva we get more value for money for food. I would have given a 10/10 but this really impacted our stay a bit.

Absolutely beautiful , it exceeded our expectations . Quiet luxury. From the checkin to check out we loved this hotel and hope to return. We arrived in the afternoon , so had a light lunch in the bistro by the pool . Limited menu but fine. Unobtrusive waiter service by pool. Comfortable room , gorgeous bathing products , free drinks and snacks in the mini bar . We had a ground floor room with small terrace and access to the gardens and pool. The restaurant on the grand terrace was fab and totally delicious food with spectacular views. The spa and heated jacuzzi was quiet and easily accessible

Wonderful location for exploring hill towns. Gorgeous views from dining terrace and the lovely heated pool area. Comfy beds. Clean. Great food and cocktails. Professional and friendly front desk staff and bartender.

This probably can’t be helped in the area but there were too many flies settling on the food on the terrace and on the breakfast buffet. Some aspects of the breakfast could be improved. Broken cappuccino machine. Cold eggs.

Privacy, quiet, food onsite. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The bussers for breakfast worked so hard - especially the blond woman! We also enjoyed the atmosphere of dinner on the patio (not only for the beautiful view and delicious food, but also for the dining staff. They made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable while maintaining professionalism. Hospitality to a T! Very hard to do.

The view was amazing. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our patio area. Nice, warm pool and long length pool towels.

The staff, while very attentive and kind were not very knowledgeable about the area. For example, where to see lavender fields or answer a question about the rock hillside with holes in it that is adjacent to the property, their lunch recommendation in Gordes was poor, basically an average pizza/Italian restaurant. We opted for charcuterie, and decided that we would have an early dinner instead.

The atmosphere was lovely. Lovely views. Very helpful staff. Pool great. Nice touches were the complimentary mini bar and the weather report each evening for the next day.

The house keeping for the room was a bit hit and miss. Eg, bath mats/ robes removed, not replaced without asking. But other than that everything was really good.

We booked a villa with a private pool. The room is really nice, big and have a terrace with a view. The main pool area is ok. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is very stuffy in the spa area: the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast selection was not very extensive and you need to pay extra for fried eggs or an omelet.

The view, breakfast, serenity as well as the very friendly staff. Having a Tesla charger was also a big help.

There was a conference going on with many people smoking on the grounds during breaks. The lights at dinner could have been dimmer. We ate a high end "romantic" dinner in a very bright room with little ambiance. The outdoor porch for breakfast was breathtaking.
