The location of the hotel is amazing with beautiful views of rice fields and mountains. We liked the style of the rooms and the swimming pools. We felt like in paradise!

Our room looked little different than on promoted photos (or at least the shown category). We asked to move to bigger room with nicer views which was more suitable for us. Also the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. We are not very fancy, but it looks like they usually only clean the floor and that's it. In the night we heard probably termites feeding on the roof so hopefully they will not eat that place up soon :-)) Food was average, we ended up eating in the restaurant next door.

Great place with beautiful views, very kind personnel. Great communication. They had everything we needed for our stay with a baby (high chairs, bed cot etc).

During our stay one of the pools was under construction and the view from the restaurant was covered. There was also some noise coming from the construction works. Also, on the day of our check out, the credit card terminal did not work and we had to look for alternative solutions (driving to a local bank). We would expect the above to be reflected in our final check but no discount was given for the inconvenience. Also, the food was average but we had meals at other homestays to get the flavor of the village life.

The food in the restaurant was fanastic and while our initial room was not quite as advertised, they moved us to a much better room which happened to be the same price. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests. The area is really stunning but there's not a lot to do. It was perfect for a relaxing stay.

The rooms are not all of equal quality despite the price being similar/the same.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent rooms, excellent view. This place has it all. Beautifully decorated garden, everything on the menu seems to be the right choice. This is a wonderful place. And a special thanks to Natura's Mr Lan for helping us set up a small trek in the area, as well as helping out when we changed plans. Supreme service.

Nothing bad to say about this place.

I stayed here for 2 days alone and booked a Suite room. Everything was very good, including the staff, room, service, the view and the food. The food have various options , both local dishes and some western ones. The room was well-prepared and clean, quiet for me to work and relax. Besides, I like the way the staff took cared of every single guest and behaved very professional. Talking to the resort owner is really interesting, she is friendly and hospitable. This resort is suitable for couple and family as well.

Because I traveled alone so there was some dishes whose servings was too much for 1 person's meal (although the taste is good), and this partially held me from trying different kinds of food though I wanted :D

We stayed for 2 nights at Pu Luong Natura, and our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is simply beauty itself, and once you go you won't want to leave. The landscaping and natural beauty around is everything one is looking for if you want to escape city life. The staff are warm and friendly, and the family who own the place are extremely integrated with the guests and make them feel welcome at all times (we also attended a personal birthday party they were having one night!). I will definitely go back there, and would strongly recommend the place!!

great view of the rice fields, one of the best in world! the infinity pull has gorgeous view! the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the staff is courteous

dinner food (for extra charge) isn't so good. better eat outside. there are good options up hill and they will be glad to send a car to pick you up.

The hospitality of Lan is much appreciated. He gave us good advice about things to see etc. 10 points! We also liked the natural surroundings, the nice restaurant, the incredible friendly teammembers... and had the opportunity to meet the owner. She runs the place with a smile but with keen focus on quality and peace of mind for all visitors. If we visit Vietnam again, we will surely visit your place once again and bring a bottle belgian beer and some chocolates ;-)

Everything was perfect!

Stunning location and very helpful, friendly staff.

We were on a budget and consequently,the room we got wasn’t the best. It was situated over the dining area and was very noisy from around 6am during to staff preparing breakfast for the large groups of ‘trekkers’.

The room was right in front of the rice fields, with a beautiful balcony, foot tub, nice shower and very comfy bed (with mosquito net). The hotel has 2 amazing pools and lots of nice spots for pictures. The food and wifi were great. Perfect for hiking and nice views! Definitely a highlight of our trip :)

Despite the location being right next to rice fields, it is in a very remote location with not much else around. We didn't see any convenience store or other restaurants apart from the one at the hotel so come prepared.
