Nothing as I never stayed in the hotel because Booking .com had not notified the hotel reception of my booking. It was not on their system. When I arrived they had no room for me . The staff who were very professional helped and found me alternative accommodation locally The problem was it was double the price of my original booking. I would like to lodge this complaint to your company I had driven 600 Kms that day and was tired and exhausted only to find my booking was not confirmed by the hotel Booking .com .made the mistake and not the Hotel Villefranche Sur

2 minutes from the highway, good parking space unless you arrive late 😉 Clean room with enough space for a short stay. Excellent staff, professional, efficient and friendly, a rare find nowadays. Fair restaurant right next door.

Wall to wall carpet throughout the whole hotel, which I don't care for for hygiene reasons. The air conditioning in my room needs maintenance for it was extremely loud.

Ideal location next to peage, staff work very hard. Excellent English spoken at reception. Good breakfast,eaten outside. Dinner is good value for money. Hotel as very full but quiet at night.

Service was slow at dinner. Hardworking efficient staff could not fully compensate for staff shortage for full dining room.

The restaurant was a real bonus. We did not expect much but the quality was outstanding. I had a Caesar Salad that was probably one of the best I have had and my wife had a smoke salmon salad that was also superb. My son and his friend had the burger which was excellent. The service was also spot on.

The hotel was very comfortable & the facilitys were very good the staff were very friendly, this was the last night stay of our European tour & as such we were relaxing & unwinding from a long days riding on the bikes & our stay here was perfect..

It's a good choice for an overnight stay, on your way down to your final destination (which was the case for us). The hotel is a couple minutes from the highway, so very convenient. I was surprised by the Restaurant - it was actually really good. The personnel at the front desk was super friendly and professional. Therefore I recommend this place and would stay again if we have to take the same route.

The facilities are a bit old looking and the rooms are small. Bathrooms are super small. The rooms are not very sound proof - we could hear everything that was going on outside our door.

Room was small, breakfast was great. Parking easy. Walk into town was 20 minutes, but we found amazing restaurants there.

Very convenient stop off for us en route to South of France. We have done the trip several times. Walked to rive Saone for the first time. Beautiful. You could make more of that facility.

the location is great for onward travel. staff were excellent, very friendly.

felt the rooms were a bit dated and in need of refurbishing. the room was very clean, no problems with that but carpet was definitely due for replacement. either there was a pattern on it and it had faded or it had stains on it.

Location, great value and the restaurant provides a plentiful menu

The lift - so small !!! If allergic to animal hair make sure you ask for a room that has not had pets in.
