The facility is very nice and good location.

Our room was not cleaned on one of the days of our stay. We did not request it to be skipped and did NOT have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. We didn't notice until we arrived back around midnight. The next morning, we needed clean towels, etc. We asked the staff why it wasn't cleaned and was told housekeeping must have run out of time. We were not in the room from around 8 am until Midnight, so it seemed like we allowed enough time. With the high price of the hotel, housecleaning is expected.

Loved the staff, affordability, clean and updated room, accommodating to dogs, location, pool and hot tub.

Had to take my dog out at 530am and my key didn't work to get back into a side door. So I had to walk all around the building in the dark to the main entrance. Not convenient. Also the pool feature of the indoor/outdoor thing was not available and one of the reasons for why we picked this hotel over another. Room service order was wrong 3 times but their customer service was great but I ended up not eating until 10pm bc of this. They did fix it and only charged me once.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all we needed for a weekend get away. The window to the outside has a nice view of the courtyard and the room was quiet. We generally like to spend our time downtown but it was an easy drive to get there and we found some other great spots around the hotel area. The hotel is built to accommodate large events and conferences so it has a very nice large lobby with a bar and restaurant. Although we didn't use it we thought it looked very nice and would be a fun place to meet friends for a drink!

In general, the hotel was much better than I expected in terms of amenities and comfort.

The only odd thing was that our closet was small and located in the bathroom. Very awkward. It may be due to where the room was located (at the end of a hallway), or maybe that's typical of the rooms, but it was awkwardly placed.

It was a great stay but there was a bit of construction going on that made it a bit difficult and the whole internet problem was difficult and the pool closed but the staff was great and the rooms were wonderful

The location was perfect. Near all types of things to do, but still quite.

Not necessarily that I didn't like it. The lighting in the room could have been a little better. There weren't any ceiling lights, only lamp lighting. There was a big window which did let in a lot of natural lighting. The natural light was beautiful!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. They had a bar and restaurant downstairs that were nice to grab dinner at and not have to drive anywhere or wait in line to eat on a Friday night.

We liked everything about this hotel. There were no problems with our stay or the room.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing

I didn't like that I got a handicap room because I'm not handicapped and there was nowhere to hang anything up no upper closets everything was drawers and it kind of made my back hurt. It was nice that they had a little store but everything in there was $4 or more I mean for a cup of noodle $4 that's kind of ridiculous

Stayed there during my son’s CSU orientation week. Nice and confortável hotel. Great location. There is a wonderful scent as you enter the hotel. The staff is super nice Wanted to return this next month but sold out 🥲 We will visit again

The coffee situation needs work. One slow bartender trying to make Starbucks drinks and take care of anyone else who came to the bar. I was surprised that the hotel doesn’t offer morning coffee in the lobby
