The two adjacent rooms in the "luxury guest" block were spacious, modern and well furnished with stunning views over the pool and onwards down the valley to the coast of Oludeniz. Multiple options for food throughout the day from breakfast to dinner were available and well used by the three generations of my family group. Breakfast and dinner was a vast array of self service dishes well presented and continuously replenished. The staff in all roles were excellent, attentive, smiling and helpful at all times.

The main pool area was very busy with a huge pool but under furnished with sunbeds, a minor frustration only. The all-inclusive drinks were of limited choice, particularly the cocktails. Didn't drink any the less though!!

Great location. First all inclusive experience and the kids enjoyed a lot. Facilities are really good and the staff is great as well. Our room was very high but was allowed for park the car closer so made things easier. Food was great and good variety every day. They kept us fed throughout the day. The free entry to waterpark was good too. You’re still booking through a third party (travel agent via booking.com) and not directly with the hotel. The travel agent desk in the hotel had great deals on tours - we got a great deal on the boat trip. Overall good stay.

The steps to the room and the lift is slow. Aircon in the room was ok - could have been much more powerful.

The hotel was great and the setting up in the mountains breathtaking. Food was excellent most days with a good range for both adults and kids. Set meal for the Indian restaurant which you pay a little more for was well worth it. Rooms were tidied every day with some lovely personal touches and some impressive towel art. The swimming pool was always pristine and the evening entertainment reassuringly varied. The local town only a short taxi journey away and free entrance to the Aquapark for day visits was welcomed.

Insufferable Brits who like to complain at everything. Also, the Booking.com pricing policy for children being counted as adults at the hotel is out of date.

We absolutely loved the resorts vibe.. plenty to do.. we were a family of 12 celebrating a 40th and it could not have been better.. Will definitely return 100% inc food great.. bar great in our opinion

The hotel is built on a mountain.. it wasn't a problem for us but people with mobility issues will struggle including those with pushchairs especially if the lift wasn't working. Theres only 1 very slow lift that can only hold 4 people at a time.

Staff were very accommodating and always helpful. Food was very good, esp for a hotel this size.

Hotel needs a little updating - flaky paint on some buildings and view from room showed a worn out green coloured metal roof which looked broken in some places. Partitioning walls between rooms was very thin and were able to hear conversations from other rooms. Neighbours kept me awake until early hours!

room was massive and perfect location Pools were fantastic for us and the kids Entertainment was different every night and the kids loved it Lots of food options

nothing I didnt like just would have been nice to have a different type of choice for dessert - as a family we were not keen on the turkish desserts.

The staff were wonderful, attentive, friendly and approachable, highly professional, and engaging with the hotel guests young and elder. Hats off to the management team for building a team of colleagues within each department that went above and beyond to facilitate the guest experience of the resort and their holiday. The entertainment team were outstanding, Burok, Erhan, Yiit, Savage, DJ Sunny, Selenay, Ceylin, you allowed us to find friends in you during our stay, Thank You. Maxi, in leisure, thank you for convincing me to take the family Spa treatment, I am still mind blown by the experience of this. The restaurant team, Emir, Halil, Murat, were just great, Bar team, Firat AKA Fred, Kayhan, Miribhan, Seyma, Fatma, thank you xx. The Culinary team and food offering, Thank you, we found the food to be quite excellent, with plenty of variety and choice, from both hot and cold sides. Some guests, were just not for pleasing. Some, were outright disgusting, in manner, to both guests and staff alike. Though the majority were quite lovely.

The view and everything the hotel offers to their guests like the Orka Aquapark, free shuttle busses though they need to have more trips for their guest daily. We really like the staffs too and the hotel clear description to their services..

Internet connection but it is understandable.. an advantage to families with small children for bettee bonding with their kiddos. :)

Clean, variety of food to cater majority of the people and location is beautiful.

Internet - WiFi connection is poor at certain places of the resort and that was the only one thing that perhaps could be better.

The staff are exceptional, this reservation was to accommodate an elderly relative who joined us on our holiday. I can’t praise the staff enough, warm welcoming and definitely went above and beyond. First time in Turkey and will definitely return to this hotel
