The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The best part of the hotel is it's location and that you can walk across the car park to one of the biggest malls in Bangkok. It's super convenient and saved a lot of time and money.

The room was much smaller than I expected which wasn't a big deal but would have liked more space for the price I paid. I also don't like the open plan style of the bathroom (there's no fixed door for the bathroom which means you can smell and see everything from your bed) there's a huge lack of privacy so bare that in my mind when booking this room.

Location: Conveniently located (attached to the mall) and BTS station. However, signage can be improved. Mall access times 10h00 - 22h00 limit access to hotel and BTS outside of these times. Very good WiFi. Price: Well priced for its offering. People: Excellent and patient concierge and doorman. A special thanks Chat at the Hotel’s breakfast café. Moreover, a very patient cleaning staff. Thanks to all at Centara Grand for an amazing city holiday.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite and couldn’t do enough to help, cleaning staff were very good and the room was always left spotless. Great choices for breakfast and always plenty to eat. Only had bar snacks but bar staff were great and food good.

Walking to BTS/MRT train stations is difficult and even dangerous when the next door shopping mall is closed, because the route includes several entrances and exits to a massive car park. Be very careful! I asked to book breakfasts every morning while checking in. They took a deposit and said I’d get a special rate. Reception did not however amend the system or communicate with the coffee shop staff. On two mornings the restaurant staff wanted to charge me again (at walk in rates), on 2 other mornings they omitted to record anything. I had to explain all over again when I checked out.

I stayed here before last December and stayed again for I really like the location! It is connected to the Central Plaza Ladprao Mall, which is convenient for shopping and eating out. Moreover, I somehow feel safe since it is a busy place. Moreover, they were kind enough to give me an hour early check-in when I arrived at the hotel from a long flight. Staff at the reception were all helpful and also in general.

I think it was an oversight from the cleaning staff but I saw some clothes in the bathroom at the drawer! It is from the previous Occupant of the room. Ugh. I only noticed this when I tried using another towel. Again, the food choices at breakfast could have been better.

I had a Club Premier Room which was very good for my purposes which included having some working guests in the room. There is a lot of variety for breakfast at the lobby level - but much less choice in the Club Lounge. So I used the Lobby level restaurant. I had meals in all three of the inhouse restaurants - Japanese, Thai and Italian - and all were very good, particularly the Japanese. The Club Lounge has a number of offerings during the day from breakfast, soup lunches, afternoon tea, cocktails and evening chocolates. A nice variety if you have time to use some of them. Generally a very comfortable stay with friendly staff.

The customer service is excellent, the hotel is very clean, the location is great; it’s connected to the shopping mall; Central Ladprao shopping center and BTS sky trains. Special thanks to Chef Arun and the restaurant manager; Khun A; who always greet us at breakfast and helped us getting the foods we wanted, they were very attentive, polite and made us feel special. Thank you very much.

We had to change rooms twice during our 24 days staying here. First was the shower room had drainage problem and couldn’t be fixed, second was the leaking from the ceiling that flooded our room early in the morning! The hotel had us change to the new room fast with good customer services and provided what we needed in timely manner.

Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed. Great staffs at the front desk, housekeeping and Chatuchak Cafe. Excellent breakfast, and the premium buffet dinner is highly recommended.

AC noise on our last night, which disturbed our resting. However we were promptly moved to another room (Presidential Suite?). Notwithstanding, we were happy that the situation was promptly resolved and we managed to catch a few hours of good night sleep before checking out early next morning. Kudos to the housekeeping and front desk staffs.

I could not fault the Centara for facilities, customer service and cleanliness
