First room we received hadn’t been cleaned. They were very apologetic and gave us an upgrade on next room. Booked through Booking and paid through Booking prior to arriving. Hotel charged our card also. Called hotel the next day and they again apologized and credited my card. The reasoning was that Booking does not calculate tax correctly so the amount paid to hotel by Booking didn’t match actual amount due so I was charged the full amount.

I liked having a grill area

I wish you could Borrow cookware from The front desk and return it clean. We weren’t aware there was a kitchen. It gets old eating out all the time when traveling. It would also be nice if they kept the ice makers working all the time in the rooms. Not enough ice is produced over night

T was in a rush to be on my way. I had to be in another city 750 miles away by the next afternoon. I only had time to sleep and wash up before I left. They brought my breakfast tray right away and I was able to be on my way before the next morning. My little cat was welcomed and well accommodated, he loved the large bathroom where he stayed for most of the night while I slept. I loved having a stovetop and a very nice apartment size refrigerator. I would stay here again when I had more time. This place would be perfect for a birding dog and hunter.

Nice to have a kitchen! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kind of a bare-bones place--no plates, silverware, etc. in the room's kitchen, for example. That had to be "rented" from the front desk. No breakfast included (could purchase items), no ice machine, fitness center or pool.

The location was quiet and within reach of anything one could want. From a Walmart to any type of store or restaurant. My Place staff are doing a very good job keeping it clean. There was plenty of water pressure to shower. Linens and towels were nice and fresh.

Our bed was quite hard, and we normally don’t mind a firm mattress. If not for the mattress our rating would have been excellent.

Loved the full kitchen and fridge. Exceptionally clean.

Was our first stay and was not told of basic services eg: only clean every 4 days and need to buy coffee each day. Be sure to inform new customers of basic services.

The bed was quite nice. It has a cook top, and if we had known that we would have used it for dinner the evening we arrived.

The sheets were a bit too "satiny". That's just not my personal preference. Others may really like them

Friendly staff. Clean. We have stayed at many places in Dickinson on our travels. Our go-to was full, so we tried this place. Will be our new go-to.

The sink had a crack but didn't affect its use.

The staff was wonderful! And the stovetop, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker in the room was really helpful as we were traveling a distance.

The floors weren't the cleanest but everything else was clean and tidy.

Great location. Easy freeway access plenty of eateries close by.

Felt the pricing for one night was a bit high. Would have preferred a downstairs room due to having our small dog with us.
