The staff were friendly, easily accessible and very good security. The room was clean, cosy and stylish.

It took my partner and I almost 10 minutes to find the parking bay allocated to us. The parking bays are numbered in numerical order, we had to call Refilwe from reception again to help us, the security guards didn't know where it was either. Please do something about the parking bay numbers because we saw a few cars getting clamped for parking in the wrong bays, and it was most probably because they couldn't find the right parking bay.

The location is fantastic. Ellipse Waterfall Executive Apartments is located opposite Netcare Waterfall City Hospital and close to Mall of Africa, 5 minutes walk, an amazing mall, for a wonderful shopping experience and also the opportunity to try various types of Korean, Italian, Greek and Portuguese cuisine.

The pillows are in an advanced state of use and wear. I would like to advise the property managers to change the pillows and to improve the cleanliness of all bed linen and towels.

The views were amazing , very clean opulent rooms with the right facilities to make tea or cooked when needed , friendly staff with a sense of willingness to assist , the restaurant by ground floor was also amazing I can’t stop thinking of their pan fried salmon and salad , best I ever had

I struggled a bit to get out of the basement parking when I was leaving , I think more visibile signage could be helpful at the basement parking

Good location if you want to be in Midrand area. Walking distance from Mall of Africa. Comfy bed, small apartment, but very functional. WiFi was also good and simple enough to connect. All in all reasonable value for money. Oh yes, there is a restaurant downstairs (which I only discovered when I left). Good security. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The security is good, but that has down sides - if you walk to Mall of Afrika you may no be able to get back into the property unless you have a tag (i.e. not a PIN code). Also, some doors you can walk through, but you can't get back out without said tag. Reception is tucked away in a side office in the parking basement. The reception desk proper does not receive guests - also somewhat confusion.

A big thank you to the lady who handled my booking😃,unfortunately I did not get her name. I made a last minute booking for my clients and everything went smoothly. She made sure the appartments were ready for check in. Both appartments were clean with white sheets on beds and well functional bathrooms. I highly recommend Ellipse Waterfall Executive Apartments. I give a ten for an overall service we got😇.

We loved the location of the property and the privacy. We enjoyed that the Mall was a walking distance from the property.

When we arrived there were no towels in the bathrooms only later to be told they are in the washing machine. We also found used condoms underneath the main bedroom bed.

The host was excellent. Always available if we had questions and very eager to assist. Response time to questions via WhatsApp was within 2 -5 mins. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and spacious. It's so close to the Mall of Africa and safe to walk if you were that way inclined. The Wifi was fast and we had no issues connecting. There was some load-shedding, but there was a back-up generator and the downtime was less than a few minutes. I'd highly recommend this to anyone travelling to and who needs accommodation in Midrand.

Proximity to the mall. The place is secure, though the processes need improvement.

Having to go round the building because had no finger print acess to open the nearest and more convinient gate... dont know why not being given the acess in the first place? Walking round was very risky... we met dodgy people on the way and this could have been avoided! Got to the main entrance and access denied! Code not working... noooooooo... Improve on this and everything else would be fine.

Very comfortable and neat layout. It has everything you need for a short stay. Nice, big television and a little stoep rounds off the experience.

It's quite difficult to find the check-in desk and then find the flat. I can imagine many people will struggle with that. You get a code to go in and out of the building, which is cumbersome but needed for security. Be careful, you might get stuck in the revolving gate! Luckily the security is on hand to help you out.

The apartment I booked was HUGE! I wasn't expecting the size and space I got, and the wifi provided was fast and reliable. Bonus that the property has a generator for loadshedding so I never had to worry about not having power! Check-in and further communication with the front desk was epic via Whatsapp! Getting additional visitor codes for the property was also easy.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the apartment has no windows. If you wanted to get fresh air in, you'd need to open both sliding doors in the living area and the bedroom - which obviously you cannot leave doors open when going out. There was also a very noisy neighbour in the early hours on one of the mornings, but that isn't the property's fault. I do hope they assign more visitor parking in the parking area for future guests. I was lucky each evening to get a parking spot, but can imagine those fill up quickly during busier seasons.
