I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff was really nice and kind, and quick in mail responses which I appreciate very much! The breakfast was fine, the location is very pleasant, not a long distance to walk to the underground. 40 minutes of a nice walk to get to Vatican.

I was delighted with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The room cleaning was excellent. The location is convenient, as it’s near the metro station. However, it’s a bit further from the city center. The breakfast was good, but it had a limited selection of vegetables.

Minor comments: Of course, the room is a bit small, which is common in Europe. It’s perfectly fine for one person in a double room. However, I believe two people would feel a bit cramped. Additionally, in the bathroom, you have to perform choreographed tricks to close and open the door, which could be challenging for individuals with body positivity issues.

The single room on the 1st floor is very small, but every single corner in it was well used making it practical. Very confortable bed, correct size for the bathroom, clean room and very welcome service (from the Welcome to Goodbye). Oh, a welcome drink, excellent breakfast, the bar and the service, all appreciated. It is 7-10 minutes walk from the Metro Line A and other 15-20minutes to the center of Rome; very convenient for city-breaks). The hand written note was much appreciated, too!

Checking into the hotel was very easy and quick. The hotel reception staff were extremely friendly (bonus - they also spoke English) and were able to assist with everything I needed. I had trouble booking a taxi on the recent public holiday in Italy and the staff were able to assist me with this. I was able to also store my bags after I had checked out in the morning. The rooms were extremely clean and had a comfy large bed with soft towels. The bar downstairs had some refreshment drinks and coffee during the day for guests as well as a large lobby to relax in the afternoon hours.

Personally the location was fine for me as I didn't intend to go into the city centre, I only visited the Vatican City which was a short bus ride away. For guests who intend to visit the main attractions in Rome, it would be a good idea to familiarise yourself with the public transport system to get to the locations easily. There were many bus and train stops within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything! The staff were super friendly! They gave me a welcome note with drinks and before checkout, they gave me ready to Cook pasta! The bed was very comfortable, the room is very clean. The breakfast was good and buffet. The location is very near the metro station (around 3min walk), the same metro has stops in all touristic places to visit. At night, when the metro is already closed, there's a bus that stops 2min from the hotel. I'm definitely coming back in this place!

The location is a bit far from the center, almost in the last stop of the metro. Could be a problem to those Who wants to be in the center of Rome.

Folks at the front desk were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants, direct us where to go, and hold our luggage after checkout prior to when we needed to leave to catch our train. The bartenders were extremely nice, and great to talk to to wind down. We enjoyed the sitting area around the bar and the lobby. It was great too that the lobby had a bathroom since there were 2 of us sharing a room and one bathroom.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but I'm just nitpicking here (this is honestly something I could say about a lot of hotel rooms everywhere).

The hotel was really nice and in a really good location close to the train station and buses. It’s two stops away from the Vatican and 4-5 stops away from Trevi fountain. The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and very clean. We also had a balcony which was a bonus. The hotel staff were really nice and gave us a free drink upon arrival. When we left they gave us a free bag of pasta which as a leaving gift which was an amazing gesture. Overall I would definitely recommend if you want to travel to Rome and not spend that much money whilst still staying in a great quality accommodation. The train station was like 7 min walk away, with supermarkets and lots of places to eat nearby. We also went out at night and found it quite peaceful.

For Rome, it's a wonderful hotel. I've studied in the city 3 years and it has been the best hotel I've ever been there.

The last day we couldn't have the breakfast because of a very early flight. We asked for a breakfast bag to take away and specifically said that we are gluten-free people plus we don't eat sugar, so we kindly asked for only fruits and some yogurt, but they totally ignored our petition (they guy at the reception desk didn't even write it down) and gave us a bag full of gluten and sugar pastries. I know it's a small detail, but it would have been nice to do what we asked since we were not asking for anyting imposible to get.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, although small, was very comfortable and most importantly clean. I booked it last minute, and upon my arrival, the room was ready in 10 min while I waited in a nice lobby area and offered coffee. After checking out, they kept my baggage without extra fees and picked them up in the evening. I definitely recommend it :)

If I can find one negative, it is the last distance from the center. However, I think the quality of the accommodation they offered in combination with the price, was 100% worth it.
