When we checked in the lady went above and beyond. Last time I stayed there was still valet parking. She helped show us where to go and everything! T But when we checked out they were FABULOUS!!! Those two ladies did amazing both talked to us and one showed us the way out of the parking garage this is where I will be staying every time I come to visit in Lincoln #1 on my book!

When checking in the other lady that was supposed to be helping her was little unprofessional. I understand you have to eat but she wasn't helping her and she acted like she didn't want to help us too busy eating her sandwich. I also think she was supposed to show us the parking garage but then the lady checking us in said Ill show you that too.

The hotel had a large spacious lobby and our room was very large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff were polite and efficient. The room facilities were good and the breakfast was better than average for an American hotel chain. The location of the hotel made it quite easy to walk into the downtown and the capitol building.

We had a room facing the front with its a very busy main road. So although the room was well glazed we had the noise all through the night of trucks and motorbikes roaring by so I had a very disturbed sleep.

Very nice and clean hotel, with an excellent location. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice view. I did not use the gym and the pool, but both at least looked nice. The staff was super friendly.

The breakfast was below average, and I would expect more for this kind of hotel. The valet parking is slightly odd because it does not work at night. One of my colleagues was promised a breakfast bag because of a super early departure, but in the lobby, the person just said: "Oh, sorry, I found the note but ...:" It is a brand new hotel, so there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The windows a not really sound-proof so it can become a little bit noisy during the night next to the street.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillow. The decor was nice and the location was great for being in the downtown area. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was clean.

The traffic noise in our room wasn't ideal. Granted, our stay was on a Friday night and we were in a corner room. I'm very glad that we brought our sound machine with us.

Basically all we had time to do was check in about 9 pm and check out about 7.30 am because we were attending graduation ceremony. But we have stayed here before and like the location. You can walk to any University of Nebraska event from here. Large room and bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. About half the price in December as for a football game weekend.

If your room faces "O" street it is very noisy. Ask for room facing 10th, not as noisy

My daughter has to have gluten free food do to an allergy. They had so many choices to pick from. The Breakfast Buffet employee showed me the ingredients on the cheese omelette to make sure it was gluten free. So much appreciated!!

Not one thing that I didn’t like about this property!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. It was fast and easy. No complaints. The location was great and easy walk to restaurants and the football stadium. The staff was great and very accommodating.

The price of the room was a little high but it was a football weekend in Lincoln

Desk staff at checkin on 12/20 was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the underground private parking.

We likely wouldn't have used the pool anyway, but we did notice that it had been drained. Maybe that's why the rate was so great, compared to nearby properties.

Honestly, the breakfast was dreadful. The sausage was cold. Not merely warm or cooling off, but directly out of the fridge cold. The pancake machine was almost empty and the pancakes were awful.

They knew it was my birthday. I would have thought of some sort of comp for that.

My Train was delayed and so my booking was messed up by arriving late. The staff really looked after me and saw that I was well facilitated. Everyone I dealt with in the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. They really made my visit special. I was travelling by train through USA from Ireland.
