amazingly welcome staff, great location, very spacious room, great and comfortable beds, the hotel manager was amazingly helpful so i got all directions and she helped me to rent a bike:) i just had small issue with a taxi pickup on the first night of arrival but it was a taxi driver not the hotel…

well:) i got the room with windows to the street so it was noisy and isolation in the hotel leaves much to be desired, my internet didn’t work properly after 21:00:) but was fixed after i asked to reload the router, i would say its a bit outdated but hospitality beats it all as you don’t spend too much time in the room

Best sleep both of us have had, really comfortable and massive bed. The air conditioning was also very welcome and worked really well given that it was an August heatwave! We also really enjoyed the balcony and the location was pretty perfect for us - close to the beach, lovely restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliant too, really friendly and helpful throughout. Finally, the pool was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed making use of it!

We thought we would be getting a pool view, however having the street/village view balcony actually worked out better for us in the end as it was quite private and got excellent sun on an evening.

Everything was so well thought off- cold water in the fridge, little welcome drink, some dried fruit for a snack, a kettle, fresh coffee, tea bags sugar, milk....and a cafetiere, cutlery, beach towels!!! These are small things but they make a huge difference. The air con was fantastic as the room gets hot during the day due to direct sun to the window. The bed was super comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper and good quality pillows. The staff was so nice! Even though the hotel is literally on the main road, the traffic noise wasn't too bad.

If there has to be something not so good, it would be the shower water pooling on the floor due shower cubicle walls being only partially closed ( they're fitted panels) So there is a risk of slip &trip there. My room would probably be a bit told small for 2 persons, but for me on my own it was really lovely. I want to go back 100% - I have travelled a lot and this hotel within this price range was the best one so far. Warmly recommending!

Easy to find, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with the beach just a few minutes walk. Small, quiet hotel with large bedroom and two set of doors opening on to a balcony which overlooked the mountains and garden, beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff warm and friendly, they remembered my first name and always greeted me, I really appreciated this and felt very welcome, they even checked I had met my transfer. Complimentary tray of local tipple and dried fruits, plus cheeses - unexpected and most welcome, thank you.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I liked everything.

Brilliant stay for 5 nights in Aug/Sept. Surprised by large size of room. Very clean. Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Balcony overlooking pool - like an oasis at the end of the main shopping/ restaurant street. Reception offers a variety of snack foods and drinks.

Having security boxes by reception rather than in rooms was a bit unusual/ inconvenient.

Location Is just amazing. 3 minutes walk to the restaurants and beach. Really in the centre of a beautiful village with everything on your doorstep. Helena, the lady in charge was extremely professional but also very helpful and has a fantastic knowledge of the area and nothing was a problem to her. She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. This hotel is small and has everything you would need for a stay.

Fantastic hotel in an awesome location. 1. Bus station was just next to the hotel and is the first stop towards Corfu town which means bus is empty on arrival. 2. Numerous high quality restaurant just a few steps away with great value. 3. Staff are very kind and always helpful which made our stay great. Overall one of the best holidays I’ve ever had because of this hotel

Nothing for me

I loved the location and the people. Everybody from Lucia, Laura, Athina, Eleni, Clement and other employees we interacted with were very nice, welcoming, made us feel like home. With details like a handwritten note welcoming us in our room when we checked in, towels arranged in creative ways. Also, they helped us organise our transfer from and to the airport, putting us in touch with another nice person, Lee who not only drove us safely but gave us good recommandations about Messonghi. I could see Eleni and her staff are really passionnate about service and making guests feel appreciated at their hotel. They are really good with kids, having a play spot for the them in the lobby which was life saver in the afternoons where it was too hot to stay outside. The pool is also nice and liked very much ambiental music poolside. Small issue we had with the internet were resolved really quickly and then been asked every time if all good there. The location is amazing 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket, tavernas ( good recommandations were given for tavernas also! Thank you Lucia!) Keep up the great job guys!

Location brilliant for beach and walking. Go right you can walk along country type road along the shore line. IDEAL. To go left you can go to beach, long walks. Straightahead is the Beach. Gorgeous pool. All staff were exceptional. Very personal service. Lovely touches whenever room was cleaned. Treats left for us such as bottle of wine, or sweets or icelollies. All so appreciated.

I had lovely chats with the proprietor and she was very receptive to a couple of ideas. A few wall hooks would have been great just to hang back packs, hats etc. Also as it is a studio, maybe a curtain could be fixed that can be pulled back with curtain tie every day but easily released for privacy. It is a quaint lovely area but a little quiet for our teenager.

Location is superb! Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach which is beautiful. If you want to visit Corfu town or Paleokastritsa, the bus stop is just outside the hotel. The staff are incredible, they help you with your every need. Eleni was so helpful with recommendations and Clement helped us to organise taxis and restaurants. It was my birthday during our stay and the team got my balloons, sweets and wine! The pool was quiet and comfortable with plenty of sun loungers. I would recommend to those who want a quiet, relaxing stay with the opportunity to explore all of Messonghi.
