Quiet location, it was very nice to have free bikes that we used to go everywhere. The swimming pool seemed nice even if we didn’t enter. They had a couple of vegan and gluten free breakfast options, which was still more than other places we tried before. I really appreciated. Friendly staff and helpful to book transportation and activities. They kept our luggage after checkout which was very convenient. Thanks for having us.

It would be nice to have more vegan options for breakfast in the future. Also window nets would be nice as there are mosquitos.

Nice, charming hotel. Staff is very attentive and welcoming, especially Lien who is very enthusiastic, ready to help, answer all your questions and give you some advice on sightseeing. Lien, thank you very much! A table with benches near the river is a nice place to gather with friends in the evening. Also, rooms with river view on the 2nd and 3rd floors have amazing balconies with a really nice view. Despite the fact that the river is very close there were almost no mosquitos which was perfect. I, personally, liked the location — It's not in the old town, but it's quite close to it and also not far from rice fields, coconut boat rides and a beach.

There were some problems with hot water in the morning. Also, soundproofing could be a little bit better. Breakfast options are hit or miss — some are tasty, like Mi Quang and some are too simple, like baguette with two eggs (would be nice to have some veggies on side, like on the photo in the menu). But, anyway it's nice to have a choice for breakfast:) Bicycles are free but they're pretty old and need some maintenance.

Staff was super kind, nice with useful tips. They contacted us via WhatsApp, set up a transfer to look for us from the Da Nang train station and she spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and clean It was great to have bikes for free - this allowed us to go to Hoi An, to the vegetable village and to the nearby beach.

The breakfast was not a buffet - we needed to chose a dish and a drink from the menu and it was a small portion for me. The location coult be a bit closer to Hoi An, it was 10-15 min by bike from the city.

Everything!! The hotel itself is gorgeous, tucked away and if it was dry season I could have spent hours sitting by the pool in the middle. Our room was lovely, it was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Our balcony was so peaceful and we spent our mornings sitting on the lounges out there reading. The location is a little out of the city, which is what we wanted. It was still so easy, there were bikes available but as it was wet we just ordered Grab's. Close to the beach too. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. But honestly, nothing could beat the person that is Lien!! If I could give her a 12/10 I would. She was so lovely, so helpful. Through our stay my partner got sick, Lien supplied us with fresh towels, fresh fruit and ginger tea to help. She checked in on us regularly through whatsapp. The next hotel we were due to stay at also cancelled the day before, and Lien helped call them and work out what was going on. Honestly, I loved Hoi An and can't wait to come back in the dry season. And I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast has multiple options and it's worth getting some juice and fruits before leaving to explore the sorroundings :) Highly recommended. Not too many vegan options though The room was amazing, huge bed, great shower (separated from the toilet finally). They kept everything clean daily and gave us clean towels every day. We didn't use the pool since it was bad weather but it looks super cool They also have a laundry service at 40k/kilo (a bit higher than usual 30k but it's worth it)

Literally the only thing it's the position which is not very close to the centre of Hoi An. This being said, they offre bikes for free and motorbikes at a reasonable price. You can use bikes to explore Hoi An but also to go the the nearby beaches

Lien, owners and the Staff of Hoi An Green Riverside Oasis Villa are lovely, supportive and professional. We had a fantastic experience with them. The first day after a long bus trip arrival we get our room at 7am with the blessed opportunity to have a shower and to rest for a couple of hours while an heavy rainfall was going on outside. Rooms are spacious and clean, and beds very comfortable. Bicycles offered for free are in great conditions and we enjoyed this a lot (the Ancient Town of Hoi An is at 10 minutes cycling on a flat road with no deviations as soon as passed the bridge right outside the Villa). The homemade breakfast is simply superlative. The laundry service is offered at a competitive price and everything is done perfectly and professionally. Last but not least, a great support by Lien to arranged pick up and bus services for our departure date, when we had also the opportunity to use the share bathroom which I found in great conditions as well. We enjoyed a lot Green Riverside Oasis, and we felt like in a family but with a professional services carried out in a so an excellent way that make this accomodation as the perfect solution to enjoy Hoi An while in a quiet and natural area. The cost is very good and competitive in comparison to the great level of service offered where everyone makes the utnost to make guests happy during their stay. Don't look further if you wanna spend your stay in a great professional, friendly and supportive environment at a very competitive price for the quality of services provided.

Had a wonderful and peaceful Stay at Hoi An Green Riverside Oasis Villa with nice rooms and comfy bed! Lien and her staff were wonderful hosts from the start of my stay to the finish. Plenty of markets and working ATM nearby.  Daily breakfast was lovely served with fresh fruit!  Lien provided me with information on things to do. I booked all my tours through her (which were great) and I highly recommend her Spa Recommendation at Lotus Zen Spa, which is a 3 minute walk away (I went twice it was so good)!  Laundry service and airport pick-up drop up available through Lien for a very affordable fee. Excellent Wifi throughout.   Free Bicycles to use to go into Old Town, which is a nice little 10 minute ride. Also a 10 minute ride to the beach. A perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the busy tourist areas of Hoi An, but also close to everything!  What I loved the most was that everything I could possibly need I was able to go through Lien. I will definitely be staying at Hoi An Riverside Oasis Villa again next time I'm in town! 

Nothing!

It was one of our favourite places in Vietnam. Lien was so welcoming and helpful and always there with advice and a smile. The residence is a little way out of the town centre, but there are free bikes which is a plus and plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel which makes things easy, and out of the main bustle and very touristy town centre. it was also only a short 2.5km cycle to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious clean and comfy, air con worked well. Free filtered water was a massive plus too. Laundry service, nice breakfasts and area to chill / eat in. We had fridge and kettle in the room. Super good value for money. The pool was fantastic and brilliant to come back and relax in, really enjoyable few days here. Thanks

Bikes could maybe have done with a bit of maintenance. But we still managed to find 5 that worked well enough for the whole family! You need to be a fairly confident cyclist to take on the roads in Vietnam though ;-)

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and relaxing. The free bikes made it very easy to get around and it was in a very good location. Lien the receptionist was fantastic! She was very friendly and more than happy to help and even arranged our coconut boat tour for us! The free breakfast was also a nice touch.

Our only issue was the WiFi did not reach our room. We had to go into the lobby to get WiFi but this meant we could have a quick dip in the pool and also talk to Lien!

This was a lovely little hotel, the pool area was beautiful. The staff were so welcoming. Our rooms were good, we had tv, aircon and a comfortable bed. My room had a balcony over looking the pool which was great. They had breakfast options which were limited but very tasty. The location is a little bit out of town, but really cheap to catch a grab or you can use one of the complimentary bikes to ride around in. I would definitely go back and stay here again.

my tv reception was not great, but my friends one worked much better than mine.
