I like these older hotels. They are made of cinder block so the noise insulation from neighboring rooms is very good. We arrived incredibly late but our host was VERY gracious in accommodating our check-in. The room was very well maintained with newer furniture. The microwave and mini fridge were an added bonus at this price point. The additional AC outlets provided in the alarm clock were well appreciated given the vintage of the hotel. Yes, I would stay again.

There was a set of railroad tracks that ran past the hotel a couple of hundred feet away. However, we did not have any issues with noise since none ran during the night.

Very clean, spotless but with no antiseptic odor! No smoking throughout! Only thing lacking was lighting over the desk and few plug ins there. Train noise at night but didn't bother me. Shower was very small. Fine for me, but if you are a typical, large American, it would be a squeeze. It was very clean, good, hot water.

Some noisy neighbors woke me up at 2am.

Very budget-friendly older style motel that we booked through booking.com. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Mark, the manager was professional and helpful. When we got ready to leave the next morning he gave us some ice from his ice machine to put in our ice chest as our ice packs were no longer frozen.

Manager was awesome. Our train enthusiast kid loves the trains that passes by and the managed made it even better by showing us the local family of rabbits. My kid now calls it rabbit land. We would stay there again.

It’s an older facility but it was very comfortable for a very good price.

Give all credit to the owners for refurbishing. Yes this is an old motel and don't be fooled by the old exterior. The owners have done a great job of remodeling the room interiors to be bright, modern, and clean .

Yes I know the pool area was not advertised but it is a still an eyesore and more could be done to cover/hide it as it detracts from the overall fine job of the room interiors.

budget hotel just off the hwy. we were arriving late and leaving in the morning, so looking for a clean place to sleep. it was perfect for that. older hotel, manager was super kind about our late arrival and we slept really well.

no coffee is a bummer. a simple luring in the lobby so I could walk down and get a cup would have been great.

As I wrote in my first review it was really quite clean. That impressed me. It's a budget motel but the cleanliness and comfort were a nice surprise! The owner was kind and we chatted at length. Honestly he was the nicest owner of a motel I had met. Except I did meet some very nice people in Wyoming too. (Somebody from Wyoming told me Idaho is a lot like Wyoming and I love Wyoming - so far mostly I agree). It was comfortable and has a good grocery store nearby so it was easy to get food. I had a really nice refrigerator and microwave and that is always appreciated. Nice bathtub too and it had this nice non slip.surface which really made me feel safe. And speaking of safe, I really felt safe and secure and like I had some privacy (and I really value that in a motel). Nice strong internet too. Oh and I LOVED the alarm clock with good electrical outlets on top. It's always hard to find outlets and these were right there: so convenient! I have enjoyed my time here. This was a very pleasant surprise!

Well heat was hard to regulate so it was a little chilly. I like a nice warm room for sleep and then turn down heat in the morning. There's a train nearby but it doesn't bother me at all. I rather like it since it reminds me of where I grew up. These were very minor issues.

Well first of all I liked it so much my first night, I stayed another night. It was clean, cute and QUIET. All of those things I value in a motel, especially not being disturbed so I can rest. I had a nice microwave and refrigerator. Nice bathtub which has a good non slip surface that was safe and comfortable. The owner was kind and very pleasant to talk to, and he told me about the area since I am here for a new job. I rested very well and again I liked it so much, I stayed another day. I was very tired since I came a long distance. Oh and I it has really good internet which I greatly appreciate. There's a good grocery store nearby and Wal-Mart too. Easy to get food or supplies.

The heat is a little hard to regulate so it was chilly. We also had a sudden change in weather. There's a train nearby but honestly I like trains since my original home in my youth had trains nearby. Mostly I was really happy here.

This is a really laid back, relaxing and cute little place to stay on your way to Boise or else just passing through, or getting away from the city for a while. Its cute, clean, everything you need including microwave and fridge. I always fine it neat and clean and well kept up. Beds are comfy and its as private as you want it to be (less or more). Its a good value as well. Give it a try - I recommend it right here in the small town of Mountain Home, Idaho about 40 miles east of Boise, Idaho.

The location was great, close to the Freeway and easy to find. The manager/owner was friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom looked like they had been updated flooring and tiles. The heating worked and the beds were comfortable.
