Room was spacious with good view, breakfast was excellent and Front desk staff was humble.

Bed headboard torn-out which was not expected at Sheraton Hotels

The location was good. Near Toni Areal station. There is a nearby supermarket and resturant. The staff at the resturant were very nice, helpful and hard working.

The room cleaning was not as expected from a Sheraton Hotel. On some days they did not clean the room at all. They did not refill toalet papers and drinking water for 2 days. The hallway infront of our rooms was dirty the whole time The long ques at breakfast during the weekend, one can wait up to 15-20 min. Electric blinders were not working in one of the rooms. Limited veg. options for breakfast.

The size of the room the location ,very close to tram and the cleanness of the hotel

I feel they have staff shortage and they are not very competent in thier work. Forgotten to put water in the room or milk for the coffee .call room service nobody answer. We wait more than one hour for check in after 3:00 pm. May be what I am mentioning here is normal but when I know that this is sheraton and we are paying alot of money for the room definitely I shouldn't expect this happening

It would be nicer and less hot if there was more green ( grass, plants) around. There was a nice outside seating area but all concrete. The glass in the shower. You could close it from in the room, but still no privacy in the shower. And some hand soap on the sink would have been easier.

The hotel room was well designed, I especially liked the very comfortable queen beds. Although the room was smaller than what we usually book, it worked well for our family of 4. The bathroom is spacious and the shower with its rain-like effect was very enjoyable. The little alcove by the window is a superb idea, we all took turns nesting in there with a book (and tablets :)) All in all, a comfortable, modern layout that serves well the purpose of travellers. Breakfast was just about right, and I was happy with the variety of choices.

Location is in a business area, but well connected so we didn't mind, especially since our to-visit list took us in many different directions.

The location was perfect. Staff was very coperative.

1. Check in and check out time should be flexible. At least hotel management shall allow visitors to check in and check out according to their flight timings. 2. Hotel management shall provide facilities like microwave, washing machine. 3. Hotel management shall provide airport pick and drop services free of cost.

the outer blinds in the room are not all functional ordered twice breakfast in the room and they did the same mistake cleaning staff forgot to clean our room

Generous room size with spacious beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was equally spacious and excellent beds that provided the required comfort after a long day trips to the alps. Loved the breakfast spread as it was filled with choices (bread pudding was a hit with the kids) . The wonderful concierge services provided us with the right trip advice to Jungfraujoch which was the highlight of our trip. Keep up the great work team.

I didn’t like the fact that 1: they should have told me about the city tax in advance and not at the end. 2, you better be prepared to pay large amount of upfront deposit payment at arrival which I have never paid at any other hotels around Europe before. little bit irritated about that!
