Such friendly and welcoming staff, both kind and efficient. The chateau is very well designed retaining a feeling of comfortable luxury. Our dinner was delicious and breakfast was really wonderful, fresh produce and a very beautiful setting

It would be nice to have a proper shower especially given the size of the bathroom

Lovely ambience in a chateau that had been refurbished with good taste. The dinner was excellent and served by a charming waitress who explained all the courses that had been prepared by an imaginatif chef. The staff were all charming and a massage well recommended.

Incredible service from the moment we arrived upto the last second. The property was beautiful, with lots of different spaces. We felt like we had it all to ourselves even though we saw plenty of other guests.

Dinner portions were quite small (that said, when we let the staff know, they immediately took that into consideration and gave us a second dessert to make sure we wouldn’t leave unsatisfied)

Lovely decor, comfortable and well appointed rooms, pool and spa much appreciated. Excellent food and possibly the best breakfast in France.

The room was huge and loved the terrace. The spa was very modern and clean, in fact everywhere was spotless and the pool area was a lovely relaxing place

If you think you are booking a ‘suite’ as suggested in the title be careful as the living room is not separate from the main bedroom. So in effect it is an ensuite accommodation. I did check and there are no ‘suites’ at this hotel. It was confusing as the literal meaning of a suite in England is one where there is more than one area separated even though it is classed as one room. However it did not detract from our stay as the room was huge with a large terrace. The food at dinner was amazing. Beautiful taste and presentation, however if you are staying for more than one night, the menu is limited and appears to stay the same for a week so after two nights you’ve tasted everything and if you don’t like something then 🤷🏼‍♀️

n the centre of Siran, a pretty hotel, nice air condition rooms which was essential as the temperature was in the high 30s whilst I was there, a nice pool area and an air conditioned breakfast room, or the alternative of dining al fresco.

The Chateau is absolutely beautiful. Wonderfully maintained with beautiful garden where meals are served, and a great swimming pool. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was beautiful. Aircon was of a very high standard which was great as it was quite hot when we stayed. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the soft drinks in the fridge along with coffee pods were greatly appreciated. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and I cannot compliment our waitress highly enough. She helped with menu recommendations and was so kind to our young children. The food was superb, definitely to a very high standard, and the wine menu was extensive. The accompanying meals for our children were also very well considered, our children enjoyed both fresh fish and roasted chicken with seasonal vegetables during the 2 nights, along with child friendly starters and deserts. The chef even took an extra step to ensure the meals for our 2 year old were chopped into child size bites before serving, a simple extra step but one which we felt was very considerate. Our children loved the pool, and I also used the Spa during our stay, which was excellent. Overall we had a fabulous stay at Chateau De Siran, and would definitely recommend it. Siran is also a beautiful village, we really enjoyed strolling around, and the local boulangerie was as good as the reviews.

The evening meal was one of the best we have had. The service at the tables and the food choice were all exceptional.

The en-suite bathroom needs updating but was still clean and functional.
