You can use the fridge, the utensils, and the microwave in the kitchen (PS: No oven or stove). Very useful if you buy to go food from nearby supermarket (pingo doce [very recommended if you want to save money]) or restaurants. There are two big bathrooms with working hot water (thank God), and they are clean. WiFi is fast enough to upload pictures and videos to social media. Location is very close to the metro station, the city center can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

The elevator was broken so we had to climb up with our heavy luggage but I guess it's good for us to do some exercise before discovering Lisbon lol. The building itsself is a bit old I think, so everything makes sound so you have to be extra quite while walking and closing the door.

Overall, I felt this accommodation was a serviceable place to stay in Lisbon. The room was large and had a view of the park. Our room had a private bath, which was clean, and everything worked. The host walked us in and explained everything well. The kitchen was OK, but the stove was broken, so it was not possible to cook here. Less than a 2-minute walk to the metro, hence about 25 minutes total from airport.

The elevator was broken so stairs to the 3rd floor. Don't try to go down them too quickly, the light sensor at each floor is slow and it can be very dark.

Owner is very friendly. The property is very accessible to public transportation. Has a view from the park. Monitored with CCTV. With water heater.

No centralized heating on the bedroom. Bedsheets and linens smells like it has been previously used. Towels seem to be new, but colour shows that it may have been overused for quite some time - but okayish. Stove and oven isnt functional, but was informed on the property description so it's okay.

The localization is perfect, it has a subway station right in front. Also, I didn't feel any danger in the street at night (we were two girls). The apartment's room, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and it had all we needed. The host is nice and explained everything we needed to know. I will definitely stay there in my next trip to Lisbon.

I missed a mirror in the bedroom number 2, It would be more practical.

The property is excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and has an amazing view on a park. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathrooms were modern. There is a kitchen area with basic necessities where you can eat. The host truly made our stay, he was very kind and helpful. During our stay he even fixed how much light is visible from the hallway based on previous reviews. It was perfect for a shorter stay.

There isn’t much furniture like night stands or chairs in the room or a blow drier. However, these are just extras, our stay was still wonderful.

The place was a very good value for money.Next to metro station , the rooms were big with a nice view and the beds comfortable ..most of the nights were quiet ,it always depends from the kind of customers that are in and how respectful are of others. The owner gives instructions to reassure that everyone will have a quiet night but not everyone is following. We were all day out visiting places and the room was great for what we paid for and what we needed.

The unrespectful customers that were banging the doors.

Great location, close to the metro that takes you to Lisbon city center in 10 minutes. Very convenient for the airport too. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The host was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about the apartment and neighbourhood.

The room we were staying was separated from the main house and we had to go through the front door to get to the bathroom and kitchen. It was a major issue but it was a bit inconvenient. More of a heads up that a complaint.

The manager, Syad was very good. He wowed us. He was very friendly and was always there when we needed him. One could easily tell his clients meant the world to him. The view was great too. There's a park right across. There are places to buy food around but the kitchen is also available and well kept. Well maintained facility.

The view is lovely but the noise from the sirens of ambulances and police cars were too often than one could have imagined. May be it was a one off. The elevator is small, can't take more than 2 people per time.

The host Sharf / Joseph was very attentive, showing us around and drawing our attention to all facilities. He was always on hand to deal with queries of any kind. Easily accessible from the airport by metro to Almeda station. This is a large station with many exits. The nearest exit to the property is the Rua Rosa Damasceno exit. The entrance to the appartment building is on the corner of this road. The Guest house is in an Art Deco style building. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings , decorative plaster comings and wooden parquet floors. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. The kitchen has a traditional homely feel. There is a lovely Mongolian/ Nepali cafe next door, a local patisserie, fish /veg market hall, and a couple of supermarkets near by. Mid way between the airport and the down-town areas.

A budget-friendly property that is ridiculously close to the Alameda metro station, from which you can easily get to any points of interests you might have. Yes there is a shared bathroom and no heating (which is common in Portugal, extra blankets were provided so we slept well even in a cold room) but the price and convenient location makes these downsides obsolete. You get what you pay for and this place definitely has great value for money :)
