It was clean, well located and the ac worked well.

Repair work was scheduled at 2, 3 in the afternoon and continued in spite of repeated requests of a pause for an hour. Checkout time is 11 AM, and check in is at 12 noon; but the work started at 2 PM and continued. Clearly the room was not booked and the 1 hour delay could have been accommodated.

Booked the room with a mountain view and it was good. The seating in the balcony makes a good place to spend the evening. The amenities were well provided. The TV had OTT logged in which was a plus. The washrooms were clean.

The food here is average, not worth the price. One wall of the room is fully glass fitted which has a gap near the door that leaks a lot of noise if the pool is being used and at night, tiny insects enter the room.

Good location, close to Nandi Hills. Nice staff. Good Parking. Good, simple breakfast options. We planned to walk up the old steps to Nandi Hills for Sunrise so we checked-in in late afternoon and drove around nearby and went up the hill the next morning, then came down and checked-out at noon. They also have a nice, clean swimming pool.

The location of the hotel is very awesome, staff behavior is very amazing😍, overall hotel service very nice. Pool cleanliness is good.

Location was awesome! View of the mountain and Marriot next door for five star restaurant. Safe and quiet area. Nature lovers dream.

Staff was I’ll prepared to deal with foreign check in. Problems with credit card reader. Difficulty with English. Many comminication problems. Took an hour to check in.

Excellent service -Very nice staff -Mountain view rooms are awesome 😎 - Small but well maintained swimming pool -You can rent bike at Rs 500 for 5 Hrs and explore nice places nearby. Property is very close to instagrammable cafes like Silver Oak, Tribal cafe etc so you can go for a nice evening walk and explore.

Food ordering is not 24*7 but fixed timings for Breakfast,Lunch and dinner. This is common practice for most of Nandi Hills property so need to plan the day accordingly.

The location is away from the city and provides a unique experience of solitude and serenity. The best duration of stay would be over a weekend after a busy week. Not too many activities around other than a visit to Nandi hills and the small pool within the property. I recommend booking the "mountain view" rooms for the best experience.

The breakfast options can improve. Although given its age, it is quite alright. A suggestion is to add a mini-bar to the room as a facility.

The Property is Amazing, it's a total Package and my Family enjoyed the Stay. They have the cleanest rooms, Mattresses are luxury and Bathrooms are very well Maintained. Food is also very good, but they need to add more Variety. The most time we were having good fun in the Pool with beautiful Mountain View. Definitely go for this Hotel worth every Penny. Highly Recommended.

Less Variety in the Food.

Silver Cloud Sitting on my balcony, looking up seeing the beautiful Nandi hills, looking down the swimming pool. In front of me the delicious food and juice from the roomservice. The helpful and friendly staff made me feel totally at home. I realised, this is the ultimate holiday feeling! Incredible India, amazing Silver Cloud!

We stopped for a day during our western coast roadtrip instead of heading into Bangalore city. Great stay, the rooms were better than our expectations. The surrounding area was very tranquil with a small mountain at the back. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great stay if you're planning to short stay for a day or two on a budget

The bed was way too soft and the mattress was leaning towards one side.
