The room was small but very clean and fit our overnight needs perfectly! We had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves and both were very clean. We had breakfast included with our stay, and I felt like the food options were way more than you normally get with an included breakfast which was an awesome bonus. I would recommend this hotel for people traveling through Eagle for 1-2 nights.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were there for my kids' mountain bike race so we really just needed a night to stay and didn't require much in the way of services. Still, breakfast was great and the room was nice and quiet.

I really didn't run into any real negatives. The hotel's offerings are fairly basic and all but that's all we really needed. Nothing to complain about.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good breakfast area. Has lodge feel, lots of seating, and coffee machine is fantastic… lattes, espresso, mocha, etc.

The room doors are tricky. First room we couldn’t open bc of flooring issue. The front desk staff was quick to help us change to different room. That door couldn’t close without a key (locking issue?), but we could live with that :)

This was a very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. TV was great since the hotel offered complimentary streaming. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was great. It’s too bad all of the other places we’ve stayed at we’re not as nice.

The outdoor areas could have been cleaned up a bit more. Nothing major though.

Nice hotel for 30-minute tops commute to Beaver Creek. Restaurants, grocery stores and gas nearby.

Pool and wet sauna were not in operation.

Great location to the Haymaker Classic bike race. Appreciated that they let us put the bikes in the room for safety. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

I sayed in room 108 and the door looked like it had been pryed open at somepoint prior to our stay. The door had difficulty closing to where it would latch shut. We thought it was shut but upon pushing the door from the outside it would just open. Staff may want to check this.

Comfortable bed, kitchenette, roominess.

Should have not accepted a room on bottom floor. People above me were very noisy until late at night.

Upon arrival on our first night there, the woman at the check in desk was so friendly and helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome. She offered us suggestions on food around the hotel and showed us an outdoor area for smoking. Although we only saw her our first night, each person at the desk the duration of our stay was friendly and courteous. This was also the first hotel I've seen that had a loft bedroom in it, so it was a little more private for the adults to be able to have that separation from the children. The indoor hot tub and pool were wonderful after the cold days. Everything was very clean.

Fold out couch in room was terrible. The couch regularly was uncomfortable. I don't know if something was broken on it, or if it was made that way, but it sunk all the way down to the metal when couch was in use and when the fold out bed portion was in use, the mattress was so thin that you would have to be a toddler to have any comfort on it. My 11 year old was miserable and ended up making a pallet on the floor instead. The only other issue we encountered was in the upstairs bedroom, it had a "wall" air conditioning unit instead of the typical ac units in hotels. In the middle of the night, ours started leaking water onto the floor (and our things that were underneath it). It fixed fairly quickly by shutting it off during the day while we were out and then turning it on at night.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Limited parking, plus no spaces for cars with even a small trailer. Single spaces only. Front desk staff was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and brusque.
