Villa Rocco is an incredibly beautiful property! The building is so special and has immense architectural beauty and it’s also on a lovely quiet street but easily walkable to and from all the shops and the beautiful main beach of Santa Teresa. The room was spacious and comfortable and the towels soft and clean. The host was very communicative throughout and super helpful with recommendations and even lent us a sun umbrella and beach mats to use!

Nothing we didn’t like but we feel that with a little more love it could be even better than a 5* resort! Not about the property - but the nearest beach has limits on people and you have to pre book online to be able to go, so we suggest this is communicated to all guests in advance so they can make arrangements! We got lucky as we went in the afternoon and they had a one in one out policy so we enjoyed the beach but if that wasn’t the case we would be very disappointed if we didn’t know and weren’t able to go.

We loved everything about Villa Rocco rooms. We were in the Oriental room. It is like staying in a friend's house. The room was full of character and had lovely furniture and great objet d'art. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom had a great shower, and everything was clean and tidy. The cherry on top was the a/c. It kept us lovely and cool. The host, Mr Rocco, was very friendly and spoke good English. He made us feel very welcome on arrival, and our whole stay was easy and stress free. If I ever head back this way to Santa Teresa, I know exactly where I will be staying! 10/10*

We only had two to nights here before we had to move to our next location. The Villa Rocco rooms and Santa Teresa were a brilliant pitstop on our Sardinian adventure.

Lovely place to stay. The room was equipped with a private bathroom and a fridge. There were also coffee making facilities and air-conditioning. The host met at the time, agreed for check-in, and was very welcoming. This is also located in a beautiful town with amazing beaches. We really enjoyed our stay here.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very charming and unique property that's full of character. Really convinient location and wonderful garden spaces. The breakfast was served in a cute little room with delicious fresh pastries, some of which (formaggelle🤤) were made by the owner Antonietta. I really enjoyed chatting with her and getting to know more about the history of the house and and its contents. I would highly recommend for relaxing and atnosheric stay....

Great location, beautiful building and room. Super helpful staff and well equipped rooms. We had a power cut in our room at 1am which turned the emergency light on, but the host immediately responded to our message and fixed the issue :)

Windowless bathroom led to steaming up/damp, despite the fan/ventilation. Otherwise perfect

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, located just outside the busy part of town. Our room was private, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard. Antoinetta’s homemade pastries and the rest of the breakfast spread were lovely. The remote check in worked well and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Very lovely homestay, run by a local elderly couple. The house has very curious, antique design elements, and the room is decorated with taste. Big garden outside for rest available. The room was very well cleaned and properly maintained. Location is 6-minute walk from the biggest city beach (uphill) and 3 minutes from the bus station. A lot of restaurants nearby.

We arrived by ferry, and this was very close to the port. Also just 2-3 blocks from the Old Town and the small beach. Close to a grocery store and several restaurants as well. They kindly allowed us to drop off our bags before check in. Breakfast was wonderful.

Everything was lovely. It has a different feel than a hotel- this is someone’s home. Not everyone likes that kind of stay (but we do).

Reconstructed rooms and bathrooms are clean and cozy, quiet location close to the city centre. Free parking in front of the house. The atmosphere of the villa is truly romantic, the landlady is very kind and positive minded. Santa Teresa is well located for trips in Nord Sardine area. Better than Rosa Isola that has zigzag and serpentine routes.

I liked that it was a quiet and respectful neighbourhood. The suit in itself also quiet.
