I was impressed by the variety of the hotel's facilities and services, with attention and care in every corner. The hotel's design gives you the wonderful impression of staying in a place surrounded by beauty and gardens. The distinctive restaurants offered excellent options with diverse flavors and dishes, which can be further enriched. Another crucial aspect of my admiration for this beautiful hotel is the noticeable human touch in the interactions of the staff, and their attention to detail. I especially want to mention the manager, Husseyin, who was always smiling and proactive in overseeing every detail with high professionalism. Also, the Guest Relations team, especially Bouchra, who spared no effort in providing information and offering suggestions and advices.

Impressions are often formed from the first interaction, which should be smooth and pleasant for guests. However, this was almost spoiled by one of the receptionists, who was unreasonably rude, despite needing to be welcoming and patient. Given the hotel's all-inclusive concept and wide range of facilities, clear information and calm, patient responses to inquiries are essential from the start. Nonetheless, we chose not to let this individual represent the hotel’s image and policies, especially considering the professional hospitality we received from other staff members.

Front desk person who was assigned to us was not friendly and wanted finish the check in process as fast as possible without giving enough time to explain a bit about the property despite the fact that no one was there after us to check in. The room was ready only at 4 pm where the check in should be at 3pm. When we asked a late checkout at 1pm instead of 12pm the same staff didn’t want to accommodate our request !!

Friendly helpful staff including waiters who repeatedly asking guests in the restaurant for any request ( drinks)!, the food in general is delicious , plenty with lot of varieties. in addition, food kiosk everywhere around pool and outdoor facility area to have finger food, drinks , snacks and ice cream. the evening entertainment program is lively and exciting , we stayed for 1 week and every night there was different program which was very interesting. The beach is clean and beautiful ( sand beach) no need to use sea shoes, there are plenty of sunbeds, the room we stayed in was on the 6th floor with a direct view to the sea, it is quiet and comfortable. bathroom amnesties are of good quality ( shampoo and body gel from Molton Brown). We truly enjoyed our stay.

just 2 comments: 1) A/C cooling temperature is regulated by the hotel during night time; it was not so comfortably cool during our sleep. 2) Although all meals tasted very good, only the western styled desserts (cakes) were not that delicious , they look good but lack of flavor.

It was a great value for money. We liked a huge variety of high-quality foods in their restaurants. In the coldest month of the year, swimming in the heated outdoor pool was a good experience. We enjoyed walking on the beach. All the staff in the restaurants, bars and cafes are extremely helpful.

We got a phone call from the reception/concierge at 2am which woke us up to ask for changing the place of our car by saying it’s parked in an inappropriate position. The annoyingly funny thing is that they had parked our car on their own during our check-in and they still had our car key at the concierge. However, they couldn’t find our key and assumed we got the key back. After I strongly insisted on they still had our key, finally they found the key. Despite this terrible experience, we were happy at the end overall thanks to all other staff, clean facilities and an awesome food.

It was a wonderful experience. The property itself is impressive, with modern, spacious rooms that are kept immaculately clean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The animation team was amazing, adding so much energy and entertainment to the experience with engaging activities and performances that made each day special. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious cuisine to suit all tastes. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The amenities provided made the stay very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. I highly recommend Concorde Deluxe for anyone looking to enjoy a quality and memorable stay!

In short - the hotel is worth his price point. If you want to relax and have the budget for it - this is a good choice Long answer - point by point 1) Staff - polite, attentative. Can solve your problems or request 2) Cleaness - in my opinion perfect. Rooms are cleaned everyday ( as it dgoud be) But it is not done quickly. The stuff are even cleaning the drains of the shower and balcony. Honestly I have never seen this before. Every evening they clean beach as well ( including changing sheets for sunbed mantrases) 3) Place - if you are looking at this hotel, you probably know that Lara beach is one of the best sand beach in Turkey. Hotel is near airport (25 minutes or so). However I have heard the planes only twice during our stay. I think the usual aurtracce is just enough far away for airplanes to be inaudible. 4) Food - as countless reviews before I can confirm. The food is great. Different types abs different cousins. All tasty abs you can find what you like every day. To sum up as I said on the top - the hotel is worth your money. And I believe it is not take that much to himself. I am not naive - they are making great priffit from your money. But the amount of employees that collecting garbage, cutting grass, working bars . making food and of course reception is astonishing big number. And they actually doing their job. And that's why the hotel is good

Not such because I knew where I was going but it is my dreams how to make this hotel perfect for me ( For ME) 1) there could be more water slides for adults. And they need to be maintained. I get few scratches on the back and elbow. Partially because I didn't sleep with correct position. But in good built and maintained slide - that should not happen 2) if this hotel was Adult only - that would be a dream. Sadly I know that you would lost a lot of customers. But I would like to see 16+ section of the restaurant more separate from the rest of it. It doesn't matter if you sit in 16+ zone if 2yo kid screaming 5 meters from you.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at this wonderful hotel. The restaurant was excellent, the room was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly skilled and attentive, always ready to assist. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

The property is awesome and cafes and snacking areas are so well designed that u feel they want u to taste each and every thing they had to offer. This was not the case in IC Green. The Water Slides were also nicer and enjoyable.

Since I had visited IC Green for 2 nights before my visit to Concorde I can draw a straight up comparison between the two. I feel IC Green is more friendlier than Concorde. Their animators are no match with IC Green Palace. Also the property is not as vast as IC Green. The shows are also not as intriguing as ICE Green. P.S: They did not accommodate my 6yr old and I had to pay additional 120Euros for 2 nights.

The variety of the food provided ensured that most of our family needs were catered for! We do have one or two more fussy family members but we were never left hungry! A la carte restaurants open during our short stay provided another choice which were good value and in lovely surroundings. The all-inclusive option worked out well for us - plenty of choice whatever time of the day or night! Staff could not be more helpful, accommodating or attentive - always there to assist in a friendly and supportive manner. Facilities were lovely!!!

For me, I would have liked a heated pool accessible outside and in during my April visit. Only the kids pool was heated and although out of season was occupied by - as you would expect - by kids and families. The indoor pool was apparently heated but still seemed pretty cold to me! And here I would have to provide my only criticism of the hotel - the indoor pool and changing area although looking lovely online in reality was a little tired, as was the changing area. I feel bad for saying this as it was in contrast to my positive experience of everywhere else there. I didn’t go to the gym or use spa facilities but if the reception area was anything to go by I have no doubts that they would also be fabulous too.

This is an exceptional resort. Great rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff everywhere, very helpful. Amazing food- buffets for each meal with great variety. Great food quality. Facilities and activities amazing. Gorgeous 70m long mainpool. Waterslide pool heated to 28C throughout winter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great entertainment each night. Can highly recommend this resort, will happily come again.

No problem with resort, but after reserving on Bookong.com we checked the hotel's webpage and found cheaper rates! 5 night stay all-inclusive for 300 Euro less per room. So we sent this to Booking.com to request their price match guarantee, sent the links and screenshots of this price but Booking.com were dismissive, claiming the link did not work. I resend links, screenshots and even a link to the resort webpage advertising this rate but Booking.com has continued to honour their guarantee. The stay is identical to the one booked. Please always check the hotel's webpage as you may get cheaper deals than on Booking.com!
