The hotel is in a good position, close to the red line 30 minutes to downtown, food, grocery, and pharmacy are close. Premises clean and quite good maintained. Spacious parking, gym, pool, bowling, and Congress premises. Breakfast is quite rich, although I could not get a pot of hot milk from the kitchen, strange?! So I did some tricks od the cafe machine with cappuccino...Staff is generally helpful, funny thing happened when I asked to get slip(pers) to the room, probably reception guys understood ("pes" in CZ language) - dog, so I got dog's dessert stick 🤣(see the picture -cute), secondly, on the arrival 04.06 21:30 receptionist told us (even asked his colleague) thet the Hotel Restaurant is closed...we tried by ourselves to enter and had dinner without Problem, we seat there till 11PM...funny. So apart from small misunderstanding problems, overall, it is a hotel to be recommended.

I don't like that in the restaurant it is allowed guests to seat the pets on the chairs and snoop on the table...don't want to think if dogs are sleeping in beds...but if you consider it is a pet friendly hotel, you have to accept it...considering the minor part of guests have pets, I would recommend foe such hotels to have pets friendly and non-pets foods, like smokers and non-smokers. Nothing against pets, like it, enjoy it, but with rules!

The hotel is located near a Metro station, so it is very easy to reach any desired location. The Metro frequency during the day is every 3 minutes! Lowest frequency at night 9 minutes. Travel duration to downtown 15 min. Breakfast was excellent. Large choice of cold cut, cheese, bacon, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cakes, etc. The room was large and in good condition. Air conditioning was very good. Two large windows with dry keep opening. Shower was good. Space OK but minimal. There was a small leakage from shower base but not significant. The ventilation didn't work apparently, but due to good A/C in the room it was not significant. With windows closed the room was very quiet.

The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner. The prices are very high and service very slow. Menu limited.

We stay by 3 peoples. Very comfortable bed, clean room. Metro 3 min from hotel. Few big supermarkets close by walking distance. Staff on the reception was very helpful with find out something for us in the city.

Half the night kids from neighboring rooms ran along the corridor. They slammed the doors. And then early in the morning they repeated the same

Although its heyday is slightly over, it is still a great place to stay, if you are looking for not very expensive hotel with really good public transport options in the nearby (subway station). DUO is large, so there’s always a lot of other people in lobby or in the restaurant but personnel is very helpful and always smiling. Breakfasts are diverse and plentiful, everyone can find many options. We are family of vegetarians with one meat eater and we were always finishing full. You can’t call the hotel cosy, and you rather won’t have breathtaking view through the window, but the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Air conditioning works very well.

The gym has obsolete equipment, some are out of order. But it was something extra anyway, our fitness was rather walking 20k steps a day in the beautiful Prague centre.

At the Hotel Duo we had truly a blessed and amazing stay.We as a family celebrated my sister's 26th birthday in Prague.(4days) I have no words to describe how grateful I am to experience our stay there. From the moment we came we had an earlier check in (17euro). And a later check out (17euro) aswell. It paid off. The staff was truly so nice and so kind. Since I am a Filipina I enjoyed the company of my fellow Filipinos who worked there aswell. It felt like home. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms were always clean. The transportation with the metro C was 3 minutes away, at first I thought it was quite far but then I realized you can reach the center very easily. We had some situation were my sister had some medical issues and when I asked the staff they immediately took care of it. One thing I realized when I stayed there, that there was a lot of people. Bus after Bus filled with people to check in. I told to myself no wonder a lot of people goes to Hotel Duo. They make your stay really special. The price is not high at all, when you book earlier, but the quality of the Hotel is more than worth what we paid for. When we saw the breakfast buffet, we were really happy. You will experience a wonderful treat with so many varieties to choose from. (fresh cooked omelette, fruits, veggies, pastries, oats, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, different kind of spread, bread, sausages etc) When I was working from there I realized the lobby at 11pm was still filled with people. I was observing how they enjoy their stay at the restaurant(food and good mood), bar and at the lobby. This is what makes Hotel Duo worth it, when you see people that enjoy their stay. Oh btw before I forgot regarding the facilities it is very modern, clean and nice. Thank you for having us and we will for sure see you again. Dinner was good at the restaurant on property. Bowling facility was a nice entertainment. There was a grocery store Kaufland, not far away from the hotel. Drinks at the bar was nice after a long day. Staff was nice and room rate was good. We had a car so we drove everywhere so I cannot comment on public transport.

It isnt close to old town but we had a car so it wasnt that bad of a drive. I feel like parking should not cost at all. We couldnt figure out the cooling system.

I liked the room, room view, sunny side of it, and Střížkov neighborhood with large parks! 12 mins by subway to the city center via subway station nearby. 3 min walk from Hotel Duo to Střížkov subway line C. Working desk and office chair were great, and they are default inventory for each room! Very comfortable for us digital nomads.

Indoor air. IMHO proper natural ventilation needs to be addressed (simply opening of windows) - despite the colder days, especially in breakfast halls where it gets so crowded you need to wait in a queue to get in due to large capacity of the hotel (many rooms = many people hitting the breakfast). The air condition is working - sure, but natural ventilation is really needed (simply opening of windows would do). Also I didn't like the carpets - they are very pretty BTW! But carpets in general are hell to maintain as they always keep dust and all sorts of bugs like nothing else - so laminate or ceramic tiles would be much better choice - when it comes to health concerns. But this is just personal dislike - many people are happy with it, so don't get me wrong here ;)

The hotel is right across the road from the C line metro , Lidl is around the corner and the next metro station up has some more shops. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

A big group just started check in when two of us arrived. We were in a hurry (to get to the concert on time, we were travelling by car from far and arrived a bit short). We have asked the staff to recommend place to eat not to loose time and if we could at least leave the luggage somewhere (because we cannot wait for long check in) Extremely kind and helpful stuff understood our situation and immediately found a way to check us in immediatelly. I’m really gratefull for that help. We made it on time to our concert. Location is great, metro station just across the hotel parking lot (which helped to made it on time). Comortable beds, amazing breakfast day after, with plenty of choices, and long enough duration (till 10.30am!) made us ready to drive happily back home. Thank you for a great stay!
