I am going to be fully transparent, this isn't thee most lavish hotel. HOWEVER, as someone who has never experienced a canceled flight alone, this hotel came at such a convenient moment. I was scared and nervous about where I was going to stay and I booked this hotel because I have (in the past) stayed at a Holiday Inn before. That's the main jist. This hotel doesn't need lavish and expensive soaps or a boujee toilet that sings to you. In my time of crisis, I needed something reliable, inexpensive, and quick. This hotel provided above and beyond for me. Great staff, great breakfast, and a great deal. I was even able to get a shuttle ride the next morning for FREE. You know what you are getting at a Holiday Inn. That is more than I could ask for!!!

I wish they would give more coffee but sometimes its best to wait for that 6 AM breakfast!

I didn't have high expectations for this place; I only chose it because of its proximity to the airport and affordable price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness and the bed's comfort. The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating; they checked me in two hours earlier than usual and allowed me to use the business center in advance so that I could attend all my online meetings. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Paper plates are not comfortable to use at breakfast, and I desire more variety. The noise level could be a concern for some individuals.

Everything you need in an airport hotel. Free shuttle was perfect both to and from the airport, had to wait around a little bit to be picked up because the shuttle doesn’t start evening pick-ups until 5pm, that was fine though. There are fast food accommodations within walking distance and plenty within 2 miles. They offer snacks in the lobby and the breakfast is decent. Really comfortable beds and got a great start to my trip before heading to SFO.

I stayed at the same brand hotel in San Mateo before, but I didn't expect much from this hotel located in South San Francisco, as I remembered that the building was very old. I was shocked when I checked in and entered the room. !! It's the same brand, but the dimension is completely different!! staff friendliness. The defect in the room was 10 points, but the mattress comfort was so comfortable that I could rest. While going out to go to a nearby supermarket for a while, the woman looked unwell when she saw the couple on the street shaking without a home. I gave them as a gift because I wanted to let them rest for a night. They didn't want to accept it, but they entered the hotel room. I felt more comfortable and grateful for the warmth with tears lol I immediately left the hotel. I hope you have a trip that will leave you with fun and happy memories~~~♡♡♡thank you

The point is that the internet wifi is not secure. And if every room is equipped with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap, it will probably be of great help to customers who do not have toiletries on their way to urgent trips or business trips. Just my personal opinion.

Amazing comfy bed. Nice and quiet room. Great shower.

No complimentary water. Only very expensive bottle in room. Shuttle should be 24 hrs a day. The middle of the day people still catch flights. We walked down to the Hilton to their restaurant. If the holiday inn had a restaurant it would be wonderful

good location for public transportation getting to San Francisco for Day trip and Levi stadium football 🏈.. Jacuzzi was good.. buffet style breakfast very decent.. room clean and comfortable bedding

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had a nice Jacuzzi tub and a very comfortable bed.

The blinds were damaged and fixed with tape. It looked really tacky in an otherwise nice room. There is no table and chairs for eating, despite the room having a mini fridge and microwave. We had to eat dinner on the couch over the coffee table. There was plenty of room for a small table, though.

Nice little fitness room and good jacuzzi that stayed open until 11 Pm The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very good The staff were all nice, polite and helpful!, except one time listed below

we did not like the hidden surprise fee of $15. for overnight parking, at a motel!. The in -room coffee service was not well supplied and was lame with tea bag choices. We were happy to have a breakfast with a few high protein items. But the gray sausage patty and the shiny hard sausage links were a bit weird. at check out, we wanted to pay with cash, we split the cost and each handed her what we thought was correct cash including parking. she said we were $14 short so I gave her a $20 and received change. we went upstairs to get our luggage and the desk clerk called to say she gave the wrong change and needed 5 more. so on the way out we gave her a five. We still don’t know if it was our mistake or not

We stayed here for the location, the price and the breakfast and we weren't disappointed. It made a great jumping off point for exploring the local area and the hot tub was fun to relax in at the end of the day. An added bonus was the discovery of a very nice Italian restaurant (Andiamo) just a short drive (or long walk) from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also one of the better ones my husband and I have had in a hotel. Lots of selections.

The only thing that kind of bothered us was that there wasn't that much hot water. I took a bath/shower around midnight, and it was not that hot, and my husband took a shower around 9 am, and it was lukewarm.
