I’ve stayed in many Hotels in Bangkok, and I am sure to return here. Whilst there is no breakfast or pool, Woodstory has beautifully maintained, modern rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean. My room had a huge shower, with great hot water pressure. The staff at the Hotel cleans rooms every second day. On the ground floor they have cafe which offers good coffee, it was nice to have this over the usual hotel breakfast coffee. Bottled Water is supplied for free, you may take as much as needed every day. Staff was very friendly and easily accommodated a late time check in. The location is not near anything really, but here is the thing: In Bangkok I found that even the most central Hotel constantly requires to call a grab taxi for approx the same amount of money. Or the Metro is just a few minutes walk away and gets you anywhere. In short, the location does not matter in Bangkok. The Staff was SO LOVELY, being helpful at all times. For those working digitally: You got high speed internet here, I had not a single lack watching videos or working.

You need a taxi or walk to metro, but you need that in most places in bangkok!

The hotel is in a great central location, that's only a couple of minutes walk from the MRT. This makes getting to the hotel from anywhere in the city a total breeze without any need for a taxi or Grab. The hotel is in a rather commercial off-street, but it really doesn't matter because of its easy access to the metro! There is plenty of shopping and food options down the main street by the way. The staff was great, communication as easy and painless. The receptionist waited after hours to get me checked in, even though she had already set up self check-in for me. They were also awesome about receiving a package for me that I had shipped there to pick up. The coffee shop on the bottom floor is also a great plus. The room was in a word, fantastic. Spacious enough, everything was new and well-kept, and not one single issue or complaint. Comfortable bed too! Which is huge for me. It's now my go-to in Bangkok for layovers and in-transit stays!

The location is superb; it takes only a few minutes to reach the MRT station. There are numerous places around the hotel, including JJ Market, shopping malls, and night market. While the hotel has a limited number of rooms, they are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and all facilities can be requested at the lobby.

We just had a fantastic stay at Woodstory Boutique Hotel in Bangkok! It was one of our best stays in Thailand. The rooms were budget-friendly and very clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff were welcoming; they even allowed us a late check-out for free, which was really nice. We had a comfortable stay for three people. They also have a generous supply of water bottles, coffee and so on.. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the MRT and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores nearby for snacks. If you’re looking for a comfy and convenient place to stay, I highly recommend Woodstory!

The hotel is quite convenient from the airport and to attractions in Bangkok. The hotel is just a few minutes from the main MRT, which can travel around easily without using taxis. The room is well-designed and well equipped and cosy to stay. It's recommended for family.

The room is new with nice bed and comfortable sofa. The location is great just few minutes walk from main road and subway. The staff is nice with a nice coffee shop at the lobby. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to travel around.

Can't really complain tbf

The cleanliness, the facility, the design of the room, the staff, the location, the price. Basically, everything. The location is very close to the MRT station. (Need to note that there isn’t much in the area.)

It’s not like I don’t like but just the caution that as the area is more like a business area with company offices around, it might be busy during the day, but the opposite during the night, which was quiet. If you are a solo female traveller, just be careful if you come back late. There’s a security guard at night for the nearby company but… well better safe than sorry right?

Clean, comfy bed, hot shower, good lighting, easy check in, kind and helpful staff, good coffee, water available 24 hrs, short walk to public transportation. Next door is a kratom bar where you can sample the drinks. The owner is very passionate about what he does and a great source of info. There’s a good breakfast place nearby called Homies. And a good lunch/dinner place called Fat Cow.

I’m a light sleeper. There’s some ambient noise from outside but it was manageable. What was annoying to me was aircon surged. Because of that I had to use earplugs. A hook next to the sink to hang a hand towel would be nice.

Service exceptional. From responding to emails, to going the extra step in ensuring comfort and ease for us, it's the first hotel to care more than they should. I had a misplaced bag in the taxi as we checked out and the hotel helped provide CCTV footage for my report and we managed to find the bag! 5 stars for this! We arrived early and was given space to keep our luggage. We changed room after 3 nights and we were handed new room keycard to our room itself to ease transfer. Amenities were limitless and offered to us to take as needed before going up to our room. Bottled water provided all day long. There is a big common dining area with utensils and fridge/oven facilities provided. There is also a washer/dryer machine (50THB each round). Room was clean and spacious. Water pressure was good. Nice smelling soap/shampoo/hand-wash. MRT Station (Blue line BL22) is just a short walk away. The hotel service desk itself is a coffee shop - busy with plenty of Grab orders. Good coffee. 7-11 is an extra walk after the MRT station. There's also a cafe there.

I would have preferred if there was a vending machine for snacks, please consider! I have ZERO complains about the rooms. I stayed in the Junior suite and the deluxe, they're both great.
