We were absolutely delighted with the property for our mini family reunion. Fabio was a great communicator and the property is first rate among our Italian experiences across the south of Italy. Attention to detail, lots of hard work, beautiful underground winery onsight and a pool that belongs on the front of magazines. Breakfast poolside every day with a good coffee machine was very nice. We liked being 15 miutes away from the bustle and tightness of Vieste's beautiful bone white lanes full of top shelf eateries but it's too much for large time slices. We went to the local beach for a nice meal one night which saved us the big town trip. Nice walking trails, amazing views, watch the kite and foil surfers, but mostly chill amongst the smiles of all the staff. We will put this property on our annual dance card.

Amazing and beautiful location in the middle of the olive groves! Fabio is a fantastic and friendly host and gave us a tour of the winery! The pool area was exceptional and we had such a peaceful and tranquil stay! We used the bikes to bike to the beach and had a fantastic stay.

The mattresses in the room could be more comfortable and there was some painting which needs freshening up inside the room. The bikes need some work doing on them (tyres and chains).

Fabio was amazing. So kind and informative. The room and pool were both great. We picked fresh figs for breakfast to have with prosciutto crudo! The fridge didn't work and Fabio changed it immediately!

The breakfast lady wasn't very friendly / happy. It would be really useful to have somewhere to hang wet swimwear.

Fabio and family were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, the pool was lovely as the weather was beautiful. It was a short drive to local beaches and restaurants, which fabio recommended were really good. The winery was very interesting, we brought a bottle of their red wine which was really good. This was our relaxing accommodation on our trip along the Adriatic coast.

I can't really say one negative thing about this accommodation or area.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, Fabio was so nice and helpful giving us all information we needed in advance, breakfast in the garden, everything there was made with the love, so we felt so good

Everything was fine

The serenity of the place…surrounded by olive groves, vineyards. Citrus orchards, and landscaped with cacti and flowers. A beautiful swimming pool but top of the list is the hosts

I loved the place

The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. They gave us a lovely tour of the winery and we were welcome to wander round the idyllic olive groves. The pool was perfect for families... although we didn't use it as the weather was not warm enough.

Heating in the apartment would be good out of main season, although our hosts kindly provided us with a portable heater when we asked and there were plenty of blankets available.

The properly is in a great location just away from the coast. Superb pool and pool bar. The owner and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was slightly smaller than we expected.

We were 11 people and they gave us a complete area to ourselves. Fabio is a great host. Nothing was missing. The whole staff was super nice.

Fabio did everything to make us comfortable and welcome. The rooms were spacious and private, the pool glorious
