Staff were amazing and a great family friendly resort. Buffet was a bit the same after a couple of days, but food off the menu was excellent. Can recommend the chicken curry! Lots to do, pool amazing.

Very difficult to get towels for the room. Was hit and miss as to what towels we'd get each day. Difficult to get bath mats, hand towels, face cloths. Had to keep asking and by the final day I had one towel for the three of us. Air conditioning unit makes the floors very slippery if you don't have it cold enough/leave your balcony door open. Great to have a babysitting service, but the babysitters weren't that friendly or interested.

everything was great, food and service and food selection. very impressed. Kids food selections are great. The buffet is amazing. The live entertainment was good too. The non-motorised water sports are FREE, which is good considering other resorts charge extra. There is a cheap souvenir shop onsite, and that is def cheaper than buying from any other place!!! Def comming back to naviti!!!

In the bathroom some silicone seals had mould and comming off, tiles needed to be regrouted- alittle bit of maintenance needed but did not affect-our stay, we saw that they were doing maintenance throughout the resort. -This resort is secluded-far out from anything to do. So we stayed in Nadi for 3 nights and explored the town and then came to naviti resort for the remainder. If you want to explore Fiji, Navitti is farout.

Staff and facilities good. In fact the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Thanks so much.

The restaurants are a bit over priced and in the Bamboo Terrace we sat in smoke from the kitchen the whole dinner . Staff as usual were awesome.

Lovely staff. Grounds are beautiful!! Food was good although we preferred to taxi down the road to Craig's (and the other eateries) as we weren't on all inclusive so it was cheaper to do this and the food there is great! Room was comfortable. Hot shower. Pool was lovely. Evening entertainment was really good.

Would definitely take my own pillow next time. Fiji pillows are very uncomfortable! We found this at each place we stayed.

The Naviti is a very family friendly resort on the Coral Coast and good place to stay for those that enjoy resort life with great pool, facilities, and several options for dining. A highlight of Naviti was the staff who looked after us exceptionally well including arranging for local medical treatment when it was required, to say nothing of the amazing musicians that seemed to be at every meal and made breakfast a joy. The property is enormous and has beautiful gardens and faces onto some small reefs which were good for snorkeling although care needs to be taken with strong tidal currents. Next door to Naviti is a village which hosts its own 24 year-old marine protected area which was sensational and amongst the healthiest coral reefs we saw in Fiji and can be accessed at higher tides with local guides from the village (F$60 for 2 hours) with moneys raised supporting theer amazing restoration work (see pics).

While it was clear the resort makes some efforts to reduce their environmental impact it was disappointing to see the wide use of single use plastics including cups for drinks from the bars and ice cream containers :-(. More information on how to access the magnificent surrounding area and support for local environmental activities such as the reef restoration programs happening next door would be most welcome. While we had our own gear some of the snorkeling and other equipment used by our family was in poor condition and needs attention.

All inclusive definitely worth it if your planning to get lots of drinks. Staff are lovely. Service a bit slow at the bar but not as bad as other resorts. Adults only restaurant nice and quiet however food still average. Our room was a garden double room and looked over the pool, was very nice with good aircon. Check in was fast and easy. Drinks at bar were SO strong and SO good.

The all inclusive was not explained at all on check in so we didn’t realise what we could and couldn’t do until late in the stay. Went to book the cruises that come with the aall inclusive and they were all booked out until after we left so was a waste of money including that. No adults only area so a million kids running everywhere was not nice for a couple. Big families reserved the pool chairs and you are very lucky if you get one. Snorkelling is no good at all, very murky and dirty water.

Breakfast became a bit repititive. Dinenr options were good, Chinese restaurant was exceptional. Grill options could have had more variety. Room was all good, but bathroom could use refreshing. Bug spray in the rooms would also be useful. Staff were awesome, could not rate them higher!

Check in process was quite long, resort could use a spruce up e.g. pool tiles around the rim. Golf course also needs a bit of work.

We were made to feel right at home from arrival - the staff were just exceptional and the holiday was value for money. We spent most of our time lounging around the pool and walking around the resort. The resort also offered everything from kids entertainment to adult time and there was no real need to step away from the resort unless you wanted to explore further outside the community.

The pool towels were threadbare and in dire need of replacing. There are also domestic animals belonging to the locals at the nearby huts who are in desperate need of food and vet care (don't even get me started on the horses for 'horse rides' on the beach). While I understand they are not part of the resort it would be wonderful if there some type of animal welfare in place to support these poor creatures.

Wonderful and heart-warming staff. The facilities were nice and the surroundings beautiful. All inclusive package was good and we really liked the possibility to choose from a grill menu or use the other restaurants than just the buffet. It wasn’t always clear was was included in the package though.

Well, there wasn’t much not to like. Of course the place is a little worn-out in some parts but still clean and cosy. And they are making renovations all the time. Late check-out was a bit pricey. I would have understood it if it included all inclusive for the time we payed for but it was just for the room and 30 local dollars per hour for that is a bit too much. But still we enjoyed and would highly recommend!

It has a relaxed feel & plenty of space around the resort. You could sit away from the main areas & read quietly if you wanted to. Staff very friendly & helpful.

I was disappointed that I had contacted Booking.com to let them know I had only been charged for one of my two bookings (each with 2 x rooms, all inclusive package) on the same dates. I could not leave the resort without letting them know and l requested they charge me for the unpaid booking. I was meant to be charged 10,800 Fijian dollars as quoted by booking.com. I did question it when they charged me $1114 Fijian dollars. Confirmation on our booking. Com confirmation letterswas for 10,800 for two rooms on both the bookings. This created quite a variance in the cost of each booking.
