Clean facilities, good lighting, and wonderful front desk and restaurant staff.

Small parking area. Forced to park by the main road, away from hotel entrance. Parking lighting is affected by overgrown trees (which are a shade blessing during the summer days). Cleaning staff starts by 6am. Someone cleaning the room next to mine forgot that the rest of us were asleep, dragging items on the tables and the bathroom counter, repositioning closet hangers, etc. Once we knocked on the wall, it was quiet, but we had already been awakened.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some things didn’t work. I had to request batteries for the remote two times. The TV still didn’t work properly. The bedside lamp didn’t work until I had to call the front desk and apparently there is a master switch as you walk in the door. The plug-in in the light did not work. When calling the front desk, the desk phone didn’t work properly where I could not hear the other person even when the volume was up. I believe these items need to be upgraded.

The staff was outstanding from the moment I walked into the lobby until the morning I left. They went out of their way to see that the stay was comfortable and convenient. The higher level of curiosity and friendliness was refreshing during the post-Covid-19 travel experience. To all at Hilton Garden Clovis: Thank you! Job Well done.

The furnishings in the room was a bit shop-worn and dated but clean and in good repair.

bathroom door closes - can be irritating (need a stopper); need a corner lamp on the window side (room is a little dark); limited dining menu;

Clean, easy access, very nice swimming pool warm enough to use. Facility very clean, lots of areas to sit and use phone or computer, food available at all times

Close to airport and air base, but that comes with it.

The most amazing waffles and French toast ever. Bacon was super crispy just like I like it. On top of that, the customer service was great .

The hotel was in a goog location. The service from staff was friendly. They manage to fulfill my requests. The room was comfortable and quiet. They had a little store with food, beverages, etc. They offered a couple of convenient options our breakfast.

I really received more than I expected, wouldn't change anything.

Everything was awesome about the hotel. Staff and comfort was excellent.

I did not like that they had no parking lot security, even though there was a Hilton Security guard vehicle sitting in the parking lot. End result was someone vandalized our vehicle by cutting off the catalytic converter in the parking lot.

The staff is soooo awesome! Great, great! Both the check-in guy and the check-out guy thd following morning!!!!

The breakfast was 1&.00, we thought it was included.
