Comfortable beds and pillows, I liked the flooring, (no carpet) it had a great shower and amenities. There was a large TV and no sun could peep through the window while you're trying to sleep. Breakfast was good (need to add bacon). There was a variety of foods.

There was no microwave or coffee pot in our room and our AC was noisy. However, there were a couple of coffee stations and a hydration station in the large lobby where the foosball and pool table are located. I visited another room and their AC was quiet.

Our experience with Tru by Hilton was amazing, we checked in for a weekend stay and the location was great, close to all the eateries, shops and banks, the check in process was easy and our rooms were ready. I requested 2 rooms with double queen beds. Nice comfortable beds, soft pillows, and lots of extra floor space. The hotel from the landscape to the parking lot was clean and the staff was very attentive to all that entered the hotel. We have decided that this hotel will be booked again when we come back through Nashville or visit Nashville for concerts, events and etc.

The morning help at breakfast was in a bad mood. I was trying to heat up a pastry and there was no toaster so I put it on the toasting belt. He came running up and used a word with children about should have never came from his mouth. I have stayed at a lot of tru and Hamptons snd Hiltons in my life and never have I had a staff member be so rude.

My husband and I go to this hotel once a month for a weekend. We no lie live 2 minutes away but this is our little getaway from life and kids. The hotel is always beautiful. The games such as pool and checkers make the common area so much fun. There is a small outside pool and a fantastic gym. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. We never have a problem with noise. The breakfast has a good variety of items. The staff is also super nice! I would recommend to any age group!

It would be nice to have a few extra blankets and pillows in the room instead of having to go ask for them. Certainly not a big deal though

I like the modern retro colorful look. common areas were well done and unlike most hotels, people constantly used them and actually seemed to enjoy them. Lots of socializing and people coming to these areas to hang out. location is also great with easy access to all of Smyrna’s restaurants, shopping, entertainment…. and it’s less than 2 minutes from the interstate.

The refrigerators in the rooms are tiny and don’t get very cold to the point of being almost useless. they also don’t have microwaves.

It’s was a nice hotel.

The staff that was on duty the evening I checked in was amazing. The next morning, 7/28, the lady at the front desk was not helpful and she was not in a good mood. She got hhh

How incredibly clean it was. The very friendly and accommodating staff. The fact that there were no disgusting rugs like in most hotels but rather clean wood floors! I could actually walk barefoot in a hotel.

If I have to pick something to dislike on, I'd say their breakfast is ok. As a family, we prefer waffles to pancakes and bacon to sausage. But the pancake maker was fun to watch.

Parking fee We had six people (one car) and we had two rooms so both of us had to pay the parking fee. It was on her bill also. It should be on one bill only. They didn’t even ask us about parking.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Check-in was easy and pretty quick. The ladies restocking breakfast were very sweet.

The price point for this room was absurd. The room is simple and small. Almost $300 for one night was ridiculous for a Saturday in November. They also couldn’t honor state rate for me since I booked through a 3rd party.

Breakfast has a good selection of items. The hotel is easy to get to and very clean. The staff was friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not freshened up. I don’t like having to go to the front desk to get fresh towels.
