Spacious room, well appointed furnishings, strong/stable and free wi-fi, fairly quiet (except for noisy guests outside (too) early in the morning). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good if uninspired and a bit institutional.

One elevator for entire four-story facility, at other end of hall from my room, was puzzling and slightly inconvenient. The Keurig coffee maker in-room, usually a plus, already had some liquid in it of unknown composition (probably just water but I wasn't gonna try it!)

People were quiet throughout my stay and hotel staff was friendly

I was in a room next to the elevator and when t.someone was using the elevator it was making a clicking sound that got quite annoying after a while. The elevator and hallway ha d a funky musty smell that was not pleasant at all

Location was great. friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast was provided even on holiday morning.

Neighbors had kids that were noisy a couple times. Tv remote had to be held up to make tv work because the tv sat on a counter top and box was under tv.

Excellent breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, to name just a few of the offerings. Great coffee bar. Nice, large dining area. Recently most hotels have moved to continental breakfasts. Everything sealed in plastic and not very appealing.

No negatives.

Breakfast good ! But didn't care to pay 25 extra dollars for my very small dog who never does damage I think you should put a deposit on and when your dog doesn't do any damage to the room you get your money back didn't care for that part of it

Everything! We’ve stayed twice now and we love it every time! The staff are great, the beds are comfortable, it’s overall a great stay! We’ve forgotten a couple things and they always have more to give us!

I liked everything

I LOVED COURTNEY THE FRONT DESK AGENT!!! She was amazing. We had an early check-in and she rushed to help make our handicap room available at the time requested. Wonderful customer service and outstanding personality.

The shower didn't work. The little plunger had been pulled out making the shower unusable. Nighttime desk agent was a bit rude but I didn't really deal too much with her.

East to get to and the staff was very helpful

we were in a handicapped room because my mother needs rails. there was a bath seat in the bathroom that was great but the bottom of the tub/shower floor was very slippery. I slipped getting in so I was very nervous when me mom was getting in even to sit down. my cousin was in the adjoining room and she slipped stepping onto their shower as well.

Nice clean place. Seemed like it was pretty new. The room was large and very comfortable, breakfast was good!

Nothing except oddly, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom at all. You just had to set the roll on the bathroom counter.

The location was great,parking area was very well lit and very close to our final destination. Room was clean and large. Bed was comfortable

There was no non slip mat for the bath tub and bottom was slippery. AC did not cool the room during the day ( could have been sunlight shining into room AM) Refrigerator was not cold. Breakfast had very few choices, not monitored for items when they ran out, tables were not cleaned and were sticky
