Nice hotel with clean rooms, typical hot breakfast and more than adequate parking. Had chocolate chip cookies on the counter at check-in. The only hotel to offer a snack in the 2 weeks we were in Tennessee at similar properties. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful in referring us to a restaurant on the river nearby.

Breakfast was typical -would like to see something that sets it apart such as nice pastry, whole grain bread or croissant instead of prepackaged muffins.

Delicious breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff, very clean bathroom, free parking, good location, comfortable bed, plenty of outlets on desk, spacious room.

The room rate was relatively high for a hotel of this kind in a small city like Oak Ridge. (The name included “Knoxville “ but it’s a half hour away, so I think that’s a bit deceiving.) The air smelled a bit stale, like the rooms cheap motels. The bath-shower drain plug had a loose center post that prevented it from staying open enough to drain properly. It costs an extra $5 a day for high-speed internet.

The clerk at the front desk was most helpful. He presented us with a paper map the outlined all the museums and points of interest connected with Manhattan Project.

Very quiet, and pet friendly. Staff were all courteous and nice.

The key didn't work, and we had to switch rooms; the room (503) the bedside lamps didn't work.

Good hotel, great staff, awesome breakfast and dining area room. I’ve stayed in a couple other pricey area also with free breakfast and ended up eating right off the entry doors. Every time someone came in a blast of cold air inundated the space. Also in one they ran out of food and none came for 1/2 hour. Not here.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The bathroom has a sliding door- not much privacy. Also there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the bathroom sink handle kept falling off when we tried to use it.

bed lights were disconnected. it didn’t work. I requested someone to come room. but no one showed up. i requested at front desk at face to face. she came right away. she found it was not bulb. it was just disconnected from the power receptacle. she said my fault. it is not my fault, room was supposed be completely functioning before I stay. mal function is not my fault.

The room and bathroom was very clean and the bedding was wonderful. Slept well.

There was a man who got arrested right next to me as I was checking in, but I guess I am glad he was gone.

Location was perfect for where we were going breakfast was wonderful, food was good, service was excellent

When we arrived we noticed our TV wasn't working. We called the desk the girl came up and had to change the input on the TV itself . It did it again I called the desk the girl talked me through it and I was told that every time it did this I had to get up and change the input on the television itself. This was for 5-day stay, it got to be a bit annoying . When I was checking out the girl told me that all you needed was a new remote . I was not offered a new remote. Other than that I have no complaints it was an excellent stay and I would stay at that hotel again.

We were in Oak Ridge for our mother’s funeral. We probably had 15 rooms or more with family and friends and many times filled the lobby with gatherings. The staff was gracious and went above and beyond to meet needs and special requests to honor our mom. They were a tremendous blessing in a critical time.

No complaints at all!
