The location is perfect as a base for visiting Iguazu on both sides with the bus station very close to take you to Brazil side. The rooftop is a great spot to relax and for the sunset over Tres Fronteras. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay.

The gym was a little dirty and the breakfast was limited, more choice and less sugary options would have been ideal.

The food from the restaurant and bar was amazing. On our second night we had dinner at the restaurant. Hernan was our waiter. He introduced us to a couple of new appetizers. He also introduced us to a new wine experience. His service was excellent and he served us several times during our stay. All our meals were consistent, good value and well prepared. We ate 90% of our meals during our week stay at the hotel. All the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet is really good. Since Uber is not available in this town the staff scheduled us with private taxis. There's a fixed fee so ask about it at the front desk. All the drivers respected the fixed fees. The rooftop pool bar is a great place to chill out.

The spa. Since they're only in the spa between 3:00 and 10. You have to wait until they're on shift to make an appointment. An appointment is needed to use the jacuzzi and the sauna. The sauna and jacuzzi were not hot enough. The coffee at the breakfast buffet needs help it's instant and weak. Uber is not an option in this town.

Staff at front desk were very helpful especially after one of our scheduled tours was cancelled by the operator. They arranged for a taxi to take us across to the Brazilian side of the Falls. I would recommend doing this trip via taxi as the driver helped us through the crossing and into the park with ease. Staff were very attentive to a change of room request we made and re located us very quickly.

the initial room had a locked internal door but it did mean there was little sound proofing between those rooms. We could hear the people next door as though they were in the room.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, despite encountering a small bug on the sheet during our first night. Housekeeping promptly came to clean and reassured us that it was just a beetle. Fortunately, I didn’t notice any bites on me the next morning! The room was very modern, and our corner suite offered a beautiful view of the interaction between three countries. Staff was attentive and eager to help! Breakfast was decent, featuring hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, along with plenty of other healthy options. The hotel also provides a complimentary 30-minute jacuzzi and sauna experience, which was a nice touch. We participated in a wine tasting on our first night and ended up purchasing two bottles to enjoy during our stay. The pool area provides a fantastic view of the city, complete with some lively music for the night owls. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I do recommend bringing earplugs, as the music from the street can get quite lively on the weekends!

Towering over the downtown area, the hotel offers spectacular views of the surrounding area and perfect vantage point for watching sun set over the three-country border point. Stylish comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and exceptional breakfast service. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, and a taxi stand is just around the corner, so if you need a taxi to go somewhere, it arrives in minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, but both are overpriced, so we chose to eat in town.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is modern and in a great location. The staff are nice and helpful although a bit distant.

It has the feel of a business hotel where you don’t get any personal connection with the staff and the environment. Breakfast could be better, there was a big buffet but the quality was not always the best. There is a rooftop bar on the top floor that stays open until 1am every night. On one occasion the music was extremely loud and I could only sleep after the shaking from the base had stopped in my room. The staff didn’t seem to share my concern about this.

This was the best hotel I had in Argentina. Spacious room and huge bathroom, all amenities were available, fridge and mini bar. Wifi was super fast and breakfast very rich and tasty. Pool facilities were great and the view from the roof top was amazing. I fully recommend to stay in this hotel.

Room is just as shown in the photos. Bed is comfortable. There is water dispenser on every floor which is greatly welcome due to the hot weather. One of the staff helped us with the purchase of the entrance tickets to Iguazu falls. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants.

Shower pressure is a bit weak. Breakfast food variety could be better for the price of the hotel. I booked for 2 nights (flex cancellation) but due to Argentina airline strike I ended up arriving 1 day late but still paid for 2 days. I was not able to contact booking.com for request to waive 1 day payment.

Great location, decent gym, amazing rooftop and they have a second pool on the main floor too which is really nice. My main critiques is forget trying to get a late check out, they’ll likely say no BUT you’re still put your items away in storage and use their amenities so doesn’t have much of an impact. The idea of having to download an app to do your check in online is quite annoying but it is what it is. Great hotel overall

Would have liked slightly better equipment for the gym but it had what you needed

The room was on the third floor and it was fairly big with a nice bathroom. We stayed for three nights during the week and had no issues with noise. The rooftop pool and bar area was nice and it was a great place to see the sunset. Breakfasts were good with a nice range of continental and cooked options. We also ate dinner at the roof top area and the restaurant which were quite nice. Although the hotel didn't supply bottled water, there was a water fountain in the gym which we used to fill our water bottles.

The rooms had no facilites for coffee or tea making. There were no tissues or water glasses in the bathroom.
