Friendly welcome. Very nice traditional decor. Large room and bathroom. Centre of Benissa, main square just a short walk away. Lovely friendly local people. Breakfast was lovely and even though we were the only guests for the first night, No skimping on the breakfast buffet. Excellent restaurant just 200 m away ‘Cuinta de dos’ - Really top, top, top Spanish cuisine made with love. Pizzas and tapas cafes also plentiful and good close by.

Access with a car is quite difficult, although free public parking is only 150m away, it involves negotiating a lot of steps with luggage from there. We would recommend parking the car at the church square, take the luggage to the hotel on the (flat) parallel street and then park the car on the free public parking on Caller de Constitution.

As soon as I made a reservation Catherine informed me about the location, where to park and all details I need. She is so kind person and also she does her job with love. All details of the hotel, rooms, decoration, fresh water that renewed by Catherine everyday, caffe machine with lots of alternatives, so good breakfast were fantastic. Thank you Catherine for your welcoming and kind hospitality.

The only negative thing was the cell phone line does not work within the hotel, however wifi works well. so that reason it was enough to communicate.

Excellent buffet breakfast with so many choices and catered for my dietary requirements. The hosts even arranged a very early breakfast for me one morning. The location is very close to public car park. Bocatería Racó is just around the corner for an evening drink and food. The room was comfy and the bathroom / shower huge! The hosts were interesting to chat with and very knowledgeable of the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed-and-breakfast in Benissa's old town. The beautiful stone walls and intricate, hand-painted tiles gave the place a unique and artistic atmosphere. It was a delightful stay right in the heart of the historic town, making it a memorable experience.

Catherine and Jane look after their guests extremely well. and make them feel at ease. There is a lot of attention to details, in fact one of the best we have experienced , the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, the hotel is small, spotlessly clean and conveniently located to explore Benissa and the local resorts and villages. Parking is not at the hotel but very nearby and safe and free. Communication is excellent from the time of booking. we hope to be back soon.

The building has been beautifully restored and decorated with style. The hosts Jane & Catherine were very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast, they even catered for my Gluten allergy. There were so many thoughtful little touches, that you don't usually find in a B&B. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with great quality bed linen. If we are back in the area, it will always be our first choice to stay!

A lovely place to stay. Had character. There was nothing the hosts had not thought of. Amazing choice at breakfast. Lovely town. Free parking nearby.

The wi-fi was not behaving while we there.

The property was amazing, so quirky and interesting being an original art gallery before it was converted to and beautiful bed and breakfast.

I can’t say there was anything that was a negative during our stay!

Location is in the very center of the old town with free parking facilities nearby. It is a perfect location for staying if you want to explore the area (Xabia/Calp/Benissa/Moraira) and the beaches/restaurants by car and also enjoy the historic typical Spanish old town. Very beautiful, tasty and clean premises. Excellent breakfast and friendly hostesses.

Quite a find! A lovely house, tastefully restored and decorated, in the heart of the old town. Our room was large, quiet and airy, with a large bathroom and nice touches such as the coffee machine and bathrobes. Breakfast downstairs was relaxing, with a great range of options, and we never felt rushed - almost like being at home. Extremely charming, friendly owners who were happy to chat but never intrusive. We look forward to staying there again when in the area. :)
