The room was very large with two beds, a twin and queen size. I slept in the queen bed and it was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the premises and was very good. The food was good and the service was excellent. I took a taxi to the bus terminal and caught a Hop On-Hop Off tour. The hotel clerk was very helpful. She called the taxi, set up my bus tour, printed my ticket and wrote out instructions for me. She was an excellent hostess!

The hotel was amazing! Just remember it is not close to downtown attractions and shopping. A 40-minute taxi was needed but the ride was fascinatingly beautiful. I would stay here again.

Hotel itself was modern , clean and good looking. the staff was very helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was very good with amazing food and more amazing staff. room needs a little bit refreshing.

the location is good and the neighbourhood is very relaxed and clean. only the public transport to and from centre can be a problem. sometimes the bus did not come and you had to wait for 45 minutes extra. taxi was quite expensive to get to the hotel from centre as well - around 20/25€. I would recommend hotel to think about some shuttle possibilities. I would suggest for breakfast to give some hot meat choices as well - bacon and some sausages.

It is about 30 minutes walking from the Vatican museum, downhill to get there, so on the way back often used taxi. It had a decent restaurant. Ideal if after a day siteseeing in Rome you do not want to walk again those 2 times 30 minutes. It had parking :) and the wifi also worked pretty well (last day an error for the whole hotel, thrn 4G was good enough) Clean, sufficient choise for the breakfast as well

The room we had old, had a feel it was put in there in the 60s and thsg was it.so old (fashioned). So not a big thing.

Staff were super helpful. We arrived about 10:00 am, much before 15:00 check in, our plan was to leave our luggage and come back later. The front desk staff said please sit a bit maybe we can get you in early. In about 20 minutes we were in a freshly cleaned room had a hot shower and enjoying a very comfortable bed. This extra effort by staff was especially appreciated by my wife and I because we just arrived Rome from Chicago and neither of us got much sleep on the flight. Naps were desperately need by both of us. The next morning our time was tight, the restaurant Staff was very quick getting our order so we could get on with our day.

We are use to a kettle or coffee pod machine. The room did not have that. The helpful staff more than made up for that.

I liked how flexible and supportive the staff were responding to my changing needs. The proximity to Gemelli hospital and La Balduina train station. Ideal for tourist and/or visitors to the hospital.

Was not anything I did not like.

Danielle and Matthias was absolute stars. Special thanks to both of them for always being kind, polite to my millions of questions. Hotel was spotless and very clean. Whole staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nicely prepared and served by a lovely , helpful staff. Breakfast staff was amazing 👏 they wanted to make sure that their guest was relaxing. Location was great too . Hotel is l9cated in a beautiful area , 5 minutes walk to bus station. 20 mnts ride to Central Rome and great value to stay in a quite beautiful area.

- didn’t like one of the lifts juddering sound - some breakfast staff were overly direct (don’t know when is the right time to present bill if breakfast wasn’t included with the booking)

Lovely restaurant and very nice staff in the restaurant. Cleaners were excellent and very accommodating. Nice food. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning.

Very far from the centre. Television was small and couldn’t seem to get the english stations working.

The hotel was easy to reach and well connected to travel to other places in the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning had enough choice and the restaurant was a good option for the dinner in the evening (great menu and reasonably priced)

Unfortunately my room at the ground floor, next to the restaurant and the outside area. Also with closed windows, the room was noisy until late in the evening, when the restaurant finished the service and again early in the morning, when they started to prepare it for the breakfast.

The place is clean and staff is very friendly. Good value. It is also in a nice neighborhood.

A bit far from the city center though. Not walking distance, so I will recommend planning on getting a bus pass that can get you to the Vatican area or city center daily and back, if you don't plan to spend too much on taxis daily to go back and forth to the city center.
