Location and breakfast were good. Unfortunately, we did not have an overnight check-in receptionist on duty on Friday night. Folks were arriving because they had reservations and there was nobody to help them. I would have been very upset, traveling alone, if that happened to me.

Everything else was good.

The breakfast was wonderful! My kids loved everything you had to offer. The room was clean and we were at the end of the hall which I appreciated.

When I checked in, the front desk lady was a little short with me. I asked her if I had to drive around to access where our room was and she had an attitude like I should have known where I was going and why should I have asked that? I was a little taken back by that considering I had never been there before. She didn’t mention where to go or even what room number we were in. Just handed me the key with the WiFi info and room number listed. She also didn’t explain what I was signing when I got there regarding payment. Just told me where to sign and initial. I had to ask what I was signing and initialing and she then decided to tell me. :(

The property was very cleaned and nice location

there was a very shortage on staff. only 2 house keepers available. so rooms were not cleaned and there was a long wait

I like the fact the hotel was in a convenient location and easier to get around. There were no issues with the hotel and staff at all. I would come back here again in the future.

Breakfast was good; a lot of variety. Clean kitchen area. Staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Bathroom tub was peeling. Shower head? Overall, it met my needs and it was clean.

A bit cramped in the eating and lounge area

I thought you would have been open for a regular breakfast. Please change the sausage biscuit, it's really bad when you eat them for the quality of the Holiday inn standards.

Nice hot breakfast each day. I am small town person and prefer eggs and sausage over fancy omelet items. Good choice of items available.

Service for towel replacement was not as expected. Did have good service for trash cans.

The tap water smelled so bad. looks like if the water was not treated previously. I’m pretty sure that is raw well water. I recommend to all of you don’t brush your teeth with this water and neither drink it.

Stay was friendly

Original room we had 317 the water in the bathroom tub wouldn't turn off. And the A/C stopped working. However they were able to quickly provide us a new room.
