We are a group of 5 adults. Hotel is very modern, bright cheerful rooms, clean & good location next to City Plaza. (Note: that the shopping mall is open from 10 am to 10 pm). We did not take the BF at the hotel. If you need to have BF earlier than 10 am, you will need to buy bread or snacks the night before from the City Plaza. Friendly and very helpful reception staff, help us to book a ride by Maxim/GRAB to the Airport. Note: You have to register the Grab taxi number plate with the hotel to avoid you paying the parking fees. 5 minutes walk to the nearest public transportation, Transkota bus stop to visit the MONAS & the Istiqlal Mosque.

It is a really nice, clean and luxurious hotel! We booked at room for around 26€. We got there at 1 am in the night. They have a 24-hour-reception which is really helpful. When we checked in, he gave us an upgrade to an even better room. The bed was huge! I´ve never slept in such a huge bed! :D Everything was really nice and clean. The hotel looks like fancy hotels in Europe. The hotel is also pretty close to the Jatinegara train station. I would book it again! :)

Everything was great.

The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeepers. Room was comfortable and good value. Location is nice, with a mall directly next door. The shower was nice too. I like that there was a laundry room (self service without extra fee)

The hairdryer overheats quickly and then requires few minutes to cool down, which is very inefficient and annoying. Also the dryer in laundry room didn't seem to work very well and unfortunately we had to checkout with some clothes still moist from washing them the same morning.

Near to shopping mall, easy to get food and stuffs. Hotel offers washing machines and dryers but cant be used simultaneously or else the power will trip. The dryer has issue too, but I managed to get around it to dry my clothes. Room size is adequate for family of 3 and 4 big luggages. Toilet comes with bidet.

Nearby the mall are full of hawkers and stalls, and some of them are selling pets, thus if you would like to take a stroll around that area, expect it to be dirty.

The staff was very helpful. My travel plans changed so I arrived earlier, exhausted. The staff arranged an early check-in for me! My room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping was done impeccably. I particularly like the writing desk, which was great for me to work with my laptop. Overall I cannot be happier with Juno Jatinegara!

There's a laundry room for guests to use for free but there were always many people queueing to use. Consider setting another laundry room!

Appreciated the effective security measures, requiring a card for elevator access. The room offered serene tranquility, equipped with convenient universal plug sockets. The staff were genuinely friendly. The thoughtfully crafted artificial window view, compensating for the absence of a natural window, was a nice touch. Conveniently, the Cityplaza shopping mall is located right next to the hotel. Also, I like the vending machines outside my room, and sitting area.

It would greatly enhance the experience to have natural sunlight and a window. Alternatively, a more realistic artificial window view and lighting could provide a pleasing atmosphere.

Room is spacious and clean, relatevily new. Mall with different cafes nearby. Welcoming staff. Pretty quiet.

Very slow Wi-Fi No windows Nowhere to go, nearby neighbourhood is poor and looks dangerous Laundry service is free and unmonitored; someone stopped dryer, took off my still wet clothes and replaced them with his. Aircon ventilators are placed on top of the room floor, seems like something has broken. Every half an hour or so, depending on aircon use by other guests, those ventilators were turning on, working for about 5-10 minutes and then stopping with very, and i mean very, loud bang-like noise, like the fan was hitting something. Problem perstisted through the nights.

It's near Jatinegara Stasion so we can walk to Jatinegara Station. The hotel located inside a mall but beside the building so it's easy to get food. The breakfast was serve in a box and we have to get it to food saver. The staff is also helpful for helping us park our car.

There is only one way to go to the food saver and its kind of far from where i stay and i got confused for a sec there.

The staff is really helpful for helping us with parking our car. The bed is comfy and there is vending machine for snacks and drinks. Make sure to prepare 10.000 and 5.000 because it cost 10.000 and 15.000 ;)

It's free parking, but we got confused on how to get out without paying. We supposed to get out from manual gate (with a person in it) to get free pass not the automatic gate. And the staff inform us later on after we stay one night in the hotel (it cost around 45.000 rupiah)

The hotel is very clean, with attention to detail. There’s a nice small mall right next to it, which is very convenient. They also allow late check-out without charging extra.

Unfortunately, there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the corridor, as the hotel allows smoking in some rooms.
