Room was very spacious and light, with big windows on 2 walls. And the windows could be opened!! Soundproofing of rooms was very good. A neighbouring property had a loud party going at night but once our door was closed, we couldn't hear it. There was a proper table & chairs to sit and eat at and lots of bench space plus lots of power points.

The sofa/couch cushions had lost a lot of stuffing. The shower was hot & spacious but water pressure was very low. There were no staff on site. You had to telephone someone if you had a query. The air conditioning / heating worked well but was noisy.

Central location, clean, good parking, spacious room, very comfortable bed!!

Stairs were not covered and it rained for two days, so had to be careful when walking. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. 2 missing light globes Only one sink in the bathroom and the kettle didn’t fit underneath it to fill up

The room was very tidy, clean and spacious, the location was great, being walking distance to shops and cafes, lovely churches nearby, and felt very safe, with a police station down the road!

A few items - t-towels, bathmat, dishcloth - were missing on arrival but soon rectified. It was quite messy outside and could do with a bit of TLC, such as fixing flyscreens, sweeping leaves and litter away, painting the woodwork.

Great price in the peak season. Plenty space for our family, bathroom is big and beds were comfortable plus everything is clean. Close to the shopping center. Contactless reception with good communication. Allowed to have late check out which was so relax for us. Will come back next time.

Shower pressure was not perfect but could be accepted. Sunday morning got awaken by the nearby church's loud bells at 7. 50am and 9am. 😂

The new owner had only bought property a few weeks prior and we talked about what he had already done and his plans for motel in the future. We really look forward on our next trip to area to stay again We think Its going to be great

The fact the previous owner didnt keep up with maintainence. Although you can see it can and I think will be bought back to its former glory.

Awesome location, close to town and supermarkets! The rooms had everything you’d need! Kitchen was great, oven, stove top, microwave, all utensils, cutlery, pots & pans etc. Beds were super comfy and whole apartment was tidy and clean. The young girl who checked us in was so lovely too!

There was a steep drop out front our room to get to the car park which made me nervous with a toddler.

large room, strong heater. free on street parking. clear text message with details from the hotel on key, large bin. the room was comfortable.

I didn't like that the room wasn't serviced over the stay, that information would have been good to know at the time of booking. the room was modern and felt recently renovated but small things like hair from another guest in the bed, missing light globes in bathroom and damaged curtain in the bathroom stood out.

It was a great room, spacious, with a kitchen. There was a basketball hoop. We just so happened to be carrying a basketball so the family enjoyed a game. Excellent location near the town centre, near the churches and courts. But...

The Anglican Church across the road rang its bells on Sunday morning 7:50-8am and 9:20-9:30am. The first set woke us up. I was very unimpressed. Also, the shower was very lame and some of the lights/lamps were missing bulbs or looking quite sad. There were a few spiders in the room too.

Car park very hard with a average size car Didn't see any staff , stayed 3 nights.. only contact was by phone on arrival , as per instructions on door as reception closed whole time we were there. Air conditioner very noisy Holes in curtain and flywire on window near bed

It was exceptionally clean and location was good.

The fact that it looked quite rundown and unloved from the outside. Inside was clean but needs maintenance for missing light globes etc. I thought it was really sad that I saw not one staff member for the entire stay and had to phone to speak to someone as reception appears to be permanently closed? I booked believing reception would at least be onsite at 2.30 pm for check in when organised ahead?
