I simply cannot think of a better way of exploring the Amazon, especially if you want to do it in comfort, style and enjoy good food and wine. A special mention for the truly amazing guides, not forgetting the skilful skiff pilots! It might be owned by a Spanish hotel chain, but what makes it so special is that all the staff are from Manaus and the surrounding area and they all have a genuine passion for their homeland. Well done Iberostar for making this ship such an amazing experience rather than just another floating , but "branded" hotel. A tip: Do the whole 8 days. By doing both trips you really see the beautiful diversity of the Amazon.

Having to go home 😔

We loved everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The facilities were fantastic, we spent so much time in the pools on deck and just enjoying the view. The tours were all very well organised and the guides were great. They were very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. The food (and cocktails) were incredible, not just the main breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the dining room but also the smaller buffets served up on deck in between. The wifi which they only just got worked perfectly the whole time which was great as I had to work a little bit. We loved our room and our balcony and spent a lot of time out there as there were no mosquitos at all! There was also a nurse which was lucky for me because I actually got sick on one of the days but she treated me right away. So if you're looking to enjoy a bit of luxury while exploring the Amazon, this is definitely the right choice.

THIS IS A CRUISE NOT A HOTEL BOAT!!! I wish they would be more clear about his, took me a little while to confirm. This is a wonderful cruise on the Amazon (aka Solimões - this is what Amazon is called in this part of Brazil) and Rio Negro rivers. Friday to Monday is Amazon river, Monday to Friday is Rio Negro cruise, you can book either or both. They have several activities every day - boat trips, jungle walks, etc. Tons of food available from about 6am to 11p. And they now have satellite internet service through Starlink. It's kinda pricey but it's a wonderful experience with attentive crew, great food, and amazing views. All rooms have balconies. The shower is very spacious (and big enough for 2 people). Several power outlets in the room.

The ship was lovely, cabin spacious and bed huge and comfortable. Cabin was serviced efficiently twice a day. Excellent food options. Lovely swimming pool, although jacuzzi stopped working during the trip. All excursions happened on time and exactly as expected. Guides were knowledgable and trips were interesting.

Everything was excellent, although we didn’t find the talks as interesting as we’d hoped.

I liked pretty much everything. This is the best way to visit the Amazon Region and travel in comfort. The staff was exceptionally helpful, efficient and knowlegeable.

I would appreciate if the air conditioning in the room was not so cold. This was a bit of an issue during the nights and it could not be properly adjusted.

very comfortable experience overall. buffet food was good, excellent bread!! good tours and fun piranha fishing. wish there were more early am tours when the weather is more pleasant.

facilities a bit sporadic - broken sink in our room, ran out of water entirely in shower at one point(ended up rinsing out of ice bucket), was told not able to order bottle of wine to room service and instead needed to physically go to the bar on another level for individual glasses.

The staff are great, the guides, housekeeping and waitresses are extremely friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and comfortable, food is fresh and tasty. In between I took the tour offered at the front desk and it’s a must, well worth the extra money.

The trips offered each day felt sterile, I wish we had more contact with the locals. The indigenous tribe we visited is very modern and have today’s amenities. The walk in the forest is short and in very established paths, but the fairly long boat ride seems like a time “killing “. The should offer more excursions (twice a day is not enough)

Absolutely loved the staff and the excursions. The guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. The ship is very clean and has all the amenities you need. The staff in every capacity were genuinely friendly.

The food was okay but a bit repetitive. I got tired of the buffets.

Where all-inclusive means all- inclusive! Compared to cruises we did in the past, this was was the best organized one. The only tasks was to sign up for the activity to participate in next day. SUper easy, no complex booking/ payment process. Just: all in and worth every €
