It is a big Apartment complex with a lot of facilities. We had a great time with 12 family members. The staff ensured that we were in the same house and even provided some free upgrades, as some apartments were not ready when we arrived. There are different beaches sandy, rocky, or concrete (for whatever reason), and a big pool in the complex. There is a "bus-train" service to the old town with great options to eat some Croatian-Italian food.

Our rooms were a bit worn down but that was expected based on the price. Overall price per value was great and we enjoyed our stay in Croatia.

Everything in one place. Pools for children, playground, train-trip to Umag, little grocery, restaurants, beaches - stones, sand or concrete. Various trips and sea views close by Umag,Zambratija, Savudrija with lighthouse, view to Slovenia and Italy.... Simple and clean accommodation, economy version

Old couch, it could be replaced. We have been here for the third summer and would have liked a newer one. The cleaning service next door in the apartment made a big noise during the siesta (our little child was sleeping). I appreciate their work, but I can wash the floor without banging on the furniture and the railing on the stairs.

we all enjoyed the the pool, also a bakery inside the complex was a nice morning routine to get our breakfast pastries. The check-in and checkout went smoothly. We enjoyed the space was comfortable for our little family vacation.

When booking I was looking for a place with Wifi (wich is essential for me) but found out that it was not in the flat but only if we went by the pool reception. I was told that only the more expensive apartments have these. Therefore, be mindful when booking at this resort as if you pick the more economical option you will have no Wifi at the property or air conditioning. Was a little misleading when looking at the pictures and booking. Not even a fan was provided when we found out there was no air conditioning and 35 degrees, and you will get told you will need to purchase it yourself. OVerall its still a good stay for the price.

I keep coming back to Apartments Polynesia Plava Laguna, since I really enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Before this visit, I was last there in 2019, before the covid hysteria. This year we got an apartman at a relatively quiet area, so nobody bothered us at all. The beach area had not changed at all since we were there last time, we again liked to relax there each day. Unfortunately, we saw much less squirrels running around the pine trees than earlier, seagulls seem to have taken the lead... All in all, Apartments Polynesia Plava Laguna is still a very enjoyable place and we will definitely be back again!

It was kind of strange that we did not see any of the cleaning staff for 5 days. Fortunately, we did not run out of clean towels and we were able to mop up the bathroom and kitchen floor, but it was not very pleasing.

The trip was longer than we expected, but as soon as we arrived quite late in 5 minutes we were in our room. The room is big and clean. Luckily we were the first house near the reception because near to the beach the night life didnt disturb us. The parking is excellent. Near each house there is a place for the car in the shade. The neighbuours were also with child so not loud. The sea, as we later understood is the cleanest and the most comfortable of all the other beaches. Easy to walk in and long sandy beach. Lots of fish and a lot of sealife to dive and see. Shops and restaurant in the territory are open till 21 and 22. Lots of things to do if you travel with a kid. Clean and big room. We had great fun! Thanks to the place!!

The moscitos are quite angry! It would be perfect if the room had some electric device to scare them away. The steps to the water are very slippery due to the seaweeds. Children and old people fall a lot Due to the hot weather the local personal start the work at 6-00 am and woked us with loud sound doing the garden work

Excellent location and amenities! The pool is enormous and we didn't find it at all crowded (busy yes, but space for everyone) despite peak August dates. Beach access was also huge and offered a variety of options such as pebbled beaches, cement walkway/stairs, stony outcrops, and all had shady areas near by. Everyone could find their own "private" spot and in the beach style they preferred. Cafe prices for drinks and snacks were reasonable, and the little independent bakery on site was an exceptional value. Even the water sport prices were fair and not inflated despite the location and peak season. Our apartment, the most budget option available, was spacious and clean. Kitchen facilities were basic but enough, and our towels were even changed for clean ones midway.

Our only minor complaint was the noise from other apartments, but compared to a campsite and all its noises, there was nothing out of the ordinary, just general proximity of (smoking) neighbors. There was also a daily competition for the (free!) sun loungers at the pool, where people threw towels on chairs to reserve them at opening time (8:00am) and didn't show up at the pool until hours later, but again, this was a minor inconvenience and the option for free chairs poolside is a generous perk anyway. Looks like our only complaints were other people, not the accommodation or facilities!

Parking is right below the house so you can see the car all the time. Apartment is pretty big for 2 people, has a nice balcony, enough kitchenware to cook, bathroom is also nice. Close to the seaside, a lot of amneties and entertainment in the camp.

It is close to the seaside but it is a hilly walk. No AC so it was really cold in the apartment. I think it might also get hot during the summer. Double bed consisted of two smaller beds put together so there was a hole between the matresses.

Distance to the beach, promenade, the sea, swimming pool. The city center was also close from the bungalows. Definitely I would like to return to this place.

Unfortunately, firstly at the reception I received the keys from the bungalows for the disabled persons, but the change of the rooms went without problems. Maybe I didn't like the way of the cleaning services.

.Apartment, location, sea, pool and kids club. Entertainment team for kids was excellent! Working hard to look after kids and keep them happy. My daughter loved them all. Than you team! This year we were happy with fridge and cooker. Sea and beach as usual very good..

Sofa beds in our apartment were too hard to sleep on. Pool toilets are too small and even they are being cleaned few times a day, the outdoor and cleanliness is were poor. Use more bleach! Pool was bit dirty but after week it was cleaned so overall not too bad. This was our second year and little bit disappointed that evening program was exactly same as last year. Could do with some changes

The location was unbelievable nice. Few meters for the beach. The reception desk was helpful and polite. You have your own fireplace on the balcony.

But there are no WiFi in the Room or terytorium. No air condition. All most everything were closed in evening including bars. So it was boring for young people. The rooms looks bad and not clean
