Everything about the hotel was great...especially the staff. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating especially given my lack of Italian. EVrything i asked for help with was met with a smile and was organised for me. Its in a great location too..you can walk to cafes and beach clubs and theres is a good walking opath so you can go on long walks along the coast also. The gym and pool area are very nice too if you just feel like having a day in the hotel. Breakfast had a huge range to choose from and the dinners too were tasty.

Half board offering was really helpful. Also the opportunity to get snacks and drinks delivered to you at the pool, decking area. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

think a shuttle into Gallipoli every other night would be really helpful as this is a very quiet resort. We thought we had booked the best available room through Booking.com as we had gone for the "deluxe sea view room". We were disappointed in the sea view room allocated to us as the balcony was set back so our "view" was in a corridor. I queried this with reception and was told that the full sea view rooms are not available on booking.com. We therefore had to pay a supplement on site to get the room we wanted. This was disappointing.

Super clean and really well maintained. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is really good with great facilities like the pool and beach decking directly opposite. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not much at all! A few small comments. It wasn’t a problem for us but the pool bar wasn’t open often and not in the evenings it would be good if this large pool area was a bit more of a livelier place to go and have a drink in the evenings, but maybe it is during the busier months! And for me personally, too many sweet options for breakfast but everybody else seemed to like them!

Loved everything about this hotel. Just across the road from the sea. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend staying for dinner, the food was amazing and was excellent value for money.

Nothing to do with the hotel but there no buses from Santa Maria Al Bagno. Not a problem for us as we had a car.

The hotel is very well located in Santa Maria al Bagno, and has both a swimming pool (and a small one for very small kids) as well as a terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds with direct access to the sea (there are steps to go down the rocks in the sea). Our kids loved swimming in the sea with their goggles to observe the little fishes swimming among the rocks. The room is very modern with many cupboards and the air conditioning works very well. Cleaning services was also very good. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice (considering the usual Italian breakfast) of a continental breakfast. Staff in the hotel are all very friendly and really helpful. If back in the region, we will come back to this hotel.

The location - seafront - perfect. The staff - kind, helpful, professional - each and every one of them, at all times. Hygiene and housekeeping - excellent; never have we met such a discreet and competent housekeeping team before. Food - scrumptious - with an amazing Chef who presented an enormous variety of top notch cuisine giving such great attention to fine details. A selection of beaches to choose from, and we mainly took advantage of the crystalline one in front of the Hotel, firstly because we love a rocky beach, but mostly because it was extremely beautiful, private, and so well organised. The Hotel Director - full time, hands on; also overseeing many delightful, but never invasive, events organised for the pleasure of his guests. An overall magnificent holiday (twenty days!), that we shall cherish the memory of.

On booking the hotel with Booking.com it stated that water and wine was included as standard with your evening meal, when purchasing half or full board...... Now 2023 this is no longer the case. Water is provided but the hotel no longer provides wine with your evening meal unless purchased at the table. The hotel was unaware that that booking.com still had this advertisement on their website and kindly provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, as this was no fault of the hotel is was a very kind gesture. I would just like to ask booking.com to update the information so as not to cause any further confusion for future reference.

We loved that it is situated in front of the sea, we especially loved the beach front terrace where we could swim in the beautiful clear water. The swimming pool was big. The breakfast was good and dinner price worthy.

The gym was not well equipped. There could be more sun lounges and umbrellas by the pool, not enough for all guests. The parking was expensive, but we parked in the street for free. Our room on first floor was situated in front of the walkway to the parking, so we had to have our curtains down all the time which made the room a bit dark. Also our balcony was very small, no space for chairs, only to dry bathing clothes and towels.

The bar near the great pool opened one day at 4 pm, other days it didn’t open. A fully functioning bar and snack bar at the pool and on the lido would enhance this great hotel Strange to have to call reception for them to get a drink sent !!!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially for international tourists. The hotel's location is directly in front of the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is able to assist in English, which is a plus. Simone, one of the managers, was especially informative and extremely gracious with his time. He provided several recommendations in the area and surrounding towns. We will definitely be returning.
