Location was good. Didn't make it to breakfast. Other than the Bathroom roach, room was clean and had everything promised. Air worked wonderfully which was a major plus. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with check in and out. Would recommend and would stay again. Had multiple family staying at the same time due to a funeral.

There was a roach upside down in the corner of the bathroom next to the bathtub. These rooms had just been cleaned due to high demand per the property (no availability for early check in), so I assume this was either missed due to the door not being closed in the bathroom or wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast included a nice assortment of freshly cooked items and ran until 10 am. I also loved the Dove products that were provided in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and the room and linens were all nicely cleaned. This was the nicest hotel in the area, and it was far above the other hotels we considered.

The in room air conditioning took a while to cool down. After being in the sun all day, we looked forward to coming into a cool room, but it was warm and a little stuffy. It took an hour or two for it to get to 68, which is the temperature we normally have our a/c set to when we sleep, but it wasn’t miserably hot

Pretty quiet; room and bed were clean; staff were efficient and cordial, rooms and baths had a modern/renovated look. Breakfast was pretty standard 3-star hotel fare, sausage patties and scrambled/powdered eggs. The location was nice mainly due to being in a safe area (as far as I could tell) but also within driving distance of some restaurants and retail in Valdosta.

The bathroom/shower setup was a bit strange; the shower isn't really fully enclosed and there's a second drain in the main bathroom, apparently to catch all the shower overflow - except there's not enough of a slope to do that efficiently so you unavoidably end up with a big puddle on the floor afterward. This could be specific to the "accessible" room I got mainly by coincidence, so if you plan to stay here and don't actually need an accessible room, maybe get one of the others instead.

Breakfast was great. Just need a little more room to sit and eat. It was extremely crowded all weekend. Nowhere to sit. Had to wait for others to finish. Location was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Best sleep at a hotel in a very long time. Which I travel with family to Wild Adventures. I will be staying here from now on. Pool was also great. Water was perfect temperature. Kids had a blast.

I had a lil hiccup while checking in. I reserved two rooms but only one showed up due to a mistake on my end. When one staff member couldn’t figure it out another one stepped in and helped solve the problem.

Not having a microwave in the breakfast area. The food was good with a variety of breakfast options just wasn’t hot enough.

Just spent one night here.I arrived from UK. I was dead tired.I got a nice shower and went to bed. I slept so well. I am not saying this to blow smoke up your watusi but the mattress and pillow were the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. Really. Thank you. I didn't stay for breakfast as I was meeting my friends.

We have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. The breakfast is one of the best that we have experienced.

We stayed during Helene so not a normal visit. I do wish there were battery operated lights in the stair wells because when we left we could not see going down the stairs.

Great location for our trip to Wild Adventure Theme park.

Added on a night and told we would not have to change rooms- then got there and told we would have to check out first day then come back at 3 for another room. The front desk lady was able to accommodate us so no room change for our 3 night stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay - I'd even say underrated, could have stayed here several days. Grateful to have easy to use TV that broadcast NCAA Tournament - something I can't take for granted anymore with balkanized internet TV. Exceptionally comfortable rooms, large breakfast area with an excellent selection of food.

I liked the property. it was a new staff member checking me in when we got there and she was pleasant and very nice. the soap was empty in my room when I got there. the breakfast was nothing special but it’s nice to have “complimentary” breakfast. I would stay there again
