Good breakfast with a comprehensive selection. The staff works hard here and is very friendly and courteous. We had a death in the family while we were there, and the staff showed great care for us in our situation. The restaurant had a somewhat limited menu, but all dishes were expertly prepared with an excellent wine list. The hotel's rugby theme (the rugby stadium is right next door) adds a dollop of fun to the place.

Very little. All staff was fantastic; only one member was snooty. The music in the restaurant was loud and modern, which may not be for those expecting something more traditional. The neighborhood is still being redeveloped, but we felt safe at all times.

My overall experience at Ruck Hotel was great. The staff was very kind and they went above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The pick up at the airport was really appreciated and it made my travel very smooth. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service there. The hotel itself was about 20 minutes drive from the Old Lyon and about same from the airport. It was perfectly close to my business place.

I arrived past 23:00 PM CET. My credit card did not work. I suggested that I call my bank in the morning. I was rejected to check in. I had to call my husband to pay for me. I would recommend for being flexible - imagine I could not reach my husband at midnight.... Thank you.

brand new and comfortable beds and nice design throughout. close to the subway. Parking in front (charged). great Nuxe amenities. wifi works well but no code im the room need to call.

elevator doors dirty but ok just opened, staff still very new but trying. no ear plugs available for example. no takeout coffee cups if you are in a hurry and most of all no coffee making possibilities in the room at this level and rate? no fridge. ok they are counting on the definetly nice bar and breakfast area but I like my coffee in the morning before someone sees me.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Convenient location to metro. Our four rooms for our family of 7 were spacious and very comfortable. As All Blacks fans it was nice to see the bench and NZ rugby references across the hotel👍

It's been over a week and my bond still hasn't cleared despite assurances that it would. The morning we had breakfast, there was no fruits option.

Very stylish and a great quality hotel for the price

Deduction of €200 from my account upon entering the hotel deducted immediately, and thus far has not been refunded to me. This is my first experience of this practice. The surrounding area was sufficiently rough that I did not feel comfortable leaving my car overnight, so felt compelled to pay for the hotel parking.

Heating in room was on and unable to change to aircon, but on checkout staff were informed and happily refunded the tax charge for the booking

All staff super friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Martial who showed off his bartending skills with mocktails for our girls who were delighted! Lots of style and nice touches, everywhere super clean, beds very comfortable. Food delicious. Right next to metro for easy ride into city centre.

Nothing negative at all.

Close to the metro and well placed for the exhibition I was attending. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good lunch in the restaurant - which accepts dogs too. Car parking was efficient and secure.
