I LIKED THAT THE LOBBY WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR ANYTHING YOU NEEDED, MORGAN FRONT LOBBY LADY WAS AWESOME! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE LADY CELESTE THAT DID BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING I WAS THEIR WAS AMAZING. SHE MADE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR EVERY GUEST IN HOTEL AND AS I COULD SEE, SHE WAS DOING IT ALONE. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND DEFINITELY KNEW HOW TO SHOW HOSPITALITY, AND I THANK HER FOR MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL WELCOMED. I DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY IF IN THE ARLINGTON AREA!! THANKS AGAIN TO THE AMAZING WORKERS YOU HAVE, I WOULD FEEL GREATFUL FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. THEY DID IT WILL A SMILE EVERYDAY!! ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND READY TO GO UPON ARRIVAL, AND ALSO NEEDED TO CHEK IN A LITTLE EARLY AND MORGAN TOOK CARE OF US. A/C WORKS GREAT IN ROOM I WAS IN AND ALL OTHER AMMENITIES . GREAT LOCATION FOR QUICK ACCES TO RANGERS BASEBALL FIELD AND SIX FLAGS AS WELL AS TO PLENTY OF FOOD AND A NEARBY WALMART!

The speedy arrangement that was made for us, for a shuttle to the TRRMA Awards Show.

I liked everything. It was all great. Only tiny fuss was that we didn't have coffee pods in the room. But we improvised, and just walked down to the dining area. We were happy with everything. We have all discussed continuing to stay with your chain of hotels. Would like to put in a work order for our room though. The wall strip where the night table is, that's placed between the sconces, that we tried to use to charge our phones, did not work. So we shared the one plug strip that was placed under the television, in our room. That one worked. Thank you for everything.

The room was clean and neat. The floor where our room was located was quiet although the hotel was full. The staff was friendly and courteous and willing to be helpful.

The free breakfast was only ok. It took almost no effort to set up. Everything was prepackaged. Very little fresh anything except the waffle mix. The fruit wasn’t very visually attractive. They were were slow keeping the coffee pots filled and supplied.. Having stayed there previously. The breakfast was disappointing. I would preferred to pay less and gone elsewhere to eat.

The hotel location is great. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable..

Only one elevator was working, and it was very complicated to go up.and go down with so many guests especially in the mornings. I had to wait almost five minutes to go down in a crowded elevator every day. Besides, the breakfast was very simple. It would have been great if they served scrambled egg or sunny side eggs at least.

quiet; comfortable beds; staff friendly and helpful

no ice in any machines; there were baseball teams there filling ice chests with all the ice. Need one ice machine perhaps for guests who need ice that aren't part of a baseball team. The hallways were very hot. The elevators were dirty. Carpets old and worn. No towels or washcloths in our room . Front desk did bring them up for us however which was appreciated. Entire carpeting needs replacing

Our room had a view of Six Flags! Although the hotel is located close to a busy interchange, the location was very convenient. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we appreciated having both a sofa and a desk. Breakfast was standard, but I liked that there were egg white omelets and a good selection of spicy sauces (this is Texas, why not?)

Street noise is sometimes loud.

The beds felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the sink in our room was not draining & they immediately got us a new room. The breakfast had a good selection.

The hallways/downstairs has a distinctive smell but wasn’t unbearable. It would be nice to see more dairy free/vegan breakfast options available for those of us with diet restrictions/allergies.

Location was pretty good. Trolley service to the ballpark was a plus. Included breakfast was excellent. Smart tv in the room was a nice feature. Dove products in the bathroom were nice. Staff we engaged with were very friendly.

Not a big fan of individual room air conditioners. Super noisy and it’s either cold or warm. It’s not a new property so some things could use a refresh but we were comfortable.

Cleanliness. Staff was great. Had a shuttle to the concert. It was third party, but great price and very convenient. Breakfast was great! Cooked food. Great restaurant in front of hotel. Walked there the whole time we were there. Lots of good choices.

The pool could use some touch up. It was clean and well treated.

The breakfast attendant, Mrs. Elizabeth, was very kind, I liked the vegetable omelet since I am a vegetarian. The staff at Generate was very friendly.

Only that I would have liked that the pool had been open and that the refrigerator in my room would have worked better since it hardly cooled. Also the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the supply of toilet paper was not good since we had to request it on two occasions.
